Back on 74 is by Jungle. They have said they wanted it to sound nostalgic. I think they were thinking of location (74th etc) rather than year but year also works with nostalgia theme. Ren specifically took it back to year by saying "Back to 1974" after his rap section.

Yes, singing Ren is definitely captivating. His recent Fred Again Mashup is fantastic. Another live audio one-take video in his Calgary apartment. Being familiar with Fred Again's music isn't helpful, so no worries if you don't know. Ren completely changed things up. A beautiful song that showcases his emotive vocals.

YES!! I absolutely LOVE this song. I've never heard of the band that originally does it (Jungle), but I went and watched the official video and it is such a fun dance song! This is my second time on your channel 1st time was for Hi Ren. For some reason I didn’t subscribe so you never popped back up on my feed. Came up today for some reason so I’m gonna subscribe now and look at your second reaction. he has a lot of amazing songs that I see you guys have not covered yet. Since his sick boy album got number one about five months ago he’s been receiving his treatments and only released about three songs. I think. So there’s this one, you have Fred Again mashup, which is a favorite DJ of his techno house, music that he turned into a acoustic guitar song. That’s amazing and he has a Nas retake the amazing rapper from New York City with the album Illmatic considered to be one of the top five rap albums of all time covering the song halftime, and he has a piano piece called McKay, which is an instrumental that he wrote for his other best friend who I passed away by drowning accidentally. Ironically, the last time he saw him was that Joe’s funeral, who also drowned, but from jumping off a bridge committing suicide it’s a beautiful piece. I really suggest you guys watch it anyway to make his album go number one in the 11th hour he threw a bonus track on castles made of sand, it’s an amazing song and a few guys can find it and react to it that would be great. I think you would love it not too many reactions on it because I’m not sure how available the video is on KZbin. Hopefully you’ll enjoy this video. I’m looking forward to watching it and your reaction. By the way, I usually find his live versions to be better than his recorded versions so I don’t know if you did murderer Live, if not, you need to do that and also Genesis, which is probably my favorite live Ren video and song. Of course, that’s hard to say but it is for the time being and for a while. One last thing., if you love his singing voice which I do as well and most people do, you should check out his band the big push and watch some of their street performances busking in the UK. So jungle is the group of artist that performed the first song there and it’s a dance group. It was a TikTok sensation last year. I don’t know if you guys only do songs based on donation but even if you don’t react to it check out some of those songs I recommended on your spare time if you’re not gonna react to any of them, I think you’ll really enjoy them.
