To be honest sometimes there’s a lot of information out there that just pulls you in opposite directions and sometimes is better to just follow your gut a start doing something even if you don’t have a good idea has to what you should do. I find Tate's profound lack of a chin most amusing. Probably why he was so good at kick boxing, the target was so small. Anyway, great take down of Tate highlighting his profound lack of knowledge about how to actually exercise (as well as his lack of a chin). Also loving the sarcasm as Tate angrily and arrogantly tells his target audience how worthless they are unless they live like him. Real good influencing there. Such a shame he came to an agreement with the Romanian organised crime ring he had previously pissed off. I can think of few people I'd rather see getting well and truly fucked up in a Romanian jail. Thank you for your good work Dr Mike

fighters historically have always trained kinda goofy regardless of martial art particularly for strength, endurance power though they work it out enough least endurance and power through skill training sparring etc, maybe wrestlers exception train alright for strength but im purely guessing there cause they tend be very mobile athletic and strong and powerful but that may also be just naturally strong power dudes gravitate to it either way.

@MalkuthEmperor
@MalkuthEmperor 9 ай бұрын
Indeed. Under the macho exterier that boys get trained to preform, there are volnerable people who are just trying to figure life out, and here comes along a guy which has fun things they would enjoy, and since they are trying to figure out life and mostly judge credibuility based on what feels good, they see tate with his " im a tough guy" persona, and by the time they know it, they fell in the trap of a guy who tells them that critical thinking and science is bullshit, that the matrix is out to get them, that they just need to trust him and him alone, and that the only people that matter are "hustlers", that not even love is as important as having high status. Litterally every trick in the book to get them isolated from their comunity, isolated from logic and thinking, isolated from their imotions, isolated from love, isolated from anyone that questions them, cuz they are obviously just stuck in the matrix, and with the sole goal to become like tate by paying him with their time,money and attention. God, most of them will probably get out of it aventually when they get confronted with reality, hopefully, but some will probably just be trapped in this wierd mess, maybe even for life, going from one scammer to another to look for a way to have a pleasent existance. There is indeed a very serious need for direction for young boys, and so far, i dont think things are going great. We are still in the mitzt of a humanity which doesent see the eventual need for abolishing nationalistic tendencies which keep pining us against oneanother, to name one example. ( dont get me wrong, im all for loving ones own comunity, but im against haterid of other conunities because of arbitrery happenstance of birth ) Instead of promoting living ideas which promote human life, we get stuck beeing unable to convince a good chunk of the population that science and formal logic is worth listening to, learning, and using to improve our lives. But im a kind of optimist by necessity, so i think humans are crafty enough to figure thease comunication and education probems, and others will follow suit. Anywho, have a wonderfull day !

@wrestlingjudoms1302 well this "conditioning" seems dumb as fuck. If you wanna do cardio (which is all 1000 reps of something really is) then do cardio. Jump on a rowing machine or treadmill with a weighted vest for half an hour and have at it. Or better yet, shadowbox or hit the bag. If you're gonna condition with weights, a weight you can do 12-20 reps with is much more effective. The shit tate does is just straight up goofy.
