I do physical queuing for myself on some exercises like single arm triceps extensions to help focus on the isometiric hold muscles that stabilize the movement. IE I hold my lat so that I can better focus on the stretch of the bicep and not allow my scapula to float and take emphasis off the the triceps. I agree that touching the contracting muscle does very little most of the time unless someone is new to an exercise and is struggling to connect with the movement.

You know those wraps/straps that people put on their ankle for cable kick backs? you could try and strap those just above your elbow and attach them to cable machines and such, which allows for doing a variety of pull and push exercises on those without putting strain on your wrist. obviously, the load won't be as heavy and the stimulation for biceps and triceps is quite low but it's still an alternative.

He said he liked the partials because they were partials in the bottom stretched position which is the area that produces the most growth. As far as tracking yes it’s the same problem.

Bro ask Hany to explain half the shit he does with his clients in the gym. You may be disappointed, he’s not a god, humans have all sorts of biases errors that make us extremely inaccurate, that’s exactly why the scientific process is a must.

@jaijaiwanted I agree that he's not a God. I also agree that people make mistakes and aren't perfect. But his record still stands. I can't make that up. Dr Mike, I tore the clavicular portion of my pec major 3 years ago. Time of injury to repair was 4 months bc the doctors sucked and couldn’t figure out what I’d actually done since the sternal portion remained. Due to muscle atrophy it feels like the muscle is still shorter than it should be, that said I feel strong enough to finally bench again. Problem is the other parts of my pec call me a sissy when I’m over here benching a plate and less, what’s more is I feel like I’ve done nothing afterward. What can I do to re- develop this muscle?
