I have now had 3 PRP treatments in the US and 2 in Thailand including 1 umbilical stem cell shot. In the US by far the best was in a clinic in Honolulu. The doctor was knowledgeable, informative and centrifuged the blood in front of me. With pumping length and girth increases were measurable. The worst was a small clinic in Hawaii where I was shot with something other than PRP, the doc brought in syringes that contained crystal clear liquid, the shots were excruciating and have developed hard plaques in the cavernosa in 2 places. The shots in Thailand were benign but the amount of plasma injected was only about 1/3rd of that received in the US. Of the 5 shots that I have had only the suspected fake, unknown substance shots were painful. Takeaway is choose carefully your clinic. PRP is never crystal clear. - I have had PRP shots not only for ED but also successfully for arthritis in knees, hands and feet - There is virtually no way PRP is crystal clear. It will always be somewhat cloudy orangeish.

Just want to add I've had PRP injections in my groin , knee, calf muscle and shoulder all of those had some effect on my penile health! Only downside is paying out of pocket and I've moved to Southern Illinois from North Carolina and so far I can't find anyone here that does PRP injections. That's dropping some money. I destroyed my body with alcoholism for many years before getting sober, which they blamed for my low T (technically it wasn't below normal levels, but at 42 and being constantly low on energy with numbers around 400, I opted for the pellets). Not a fan of the $1,000 every 6 months, but you're not the first person who I've seen/known who gets them ever 4 months. Being only on my 2nd injection, I was starting to drag after month 4 and the last month of the first cycle was miserable. Now I'm going to have them check my levels at 3 months and each month after that to see how I'm processing it. Those weeks leading up to the next injection just sucked. That's a crappy toss up in today's inflationary times: Another grand per year or feel like crap for 2 months out of the year.

That is what I was thinking too. Gotta be the pump. There is no way the P-shot will increase your size (L+W)10-20%. Width maybe temporarily.
