It's coming together nicely. Your attention to detail is what makes your home stand out from the rest. Great job! Wonderful video, thanks!!!

Wow! I’m excited to see the end result! Hard to believe the consultation was nearly a year ago!

Me too! Lol! Actually, the installation was done June 3-4, 2021. There are many reasons for my long delay in posting these videos. Most importantly, I wanted to give RBA plenty of time to correct issues with the windows. And to date, most have been corrected, except for the two picture windows, which are scheduled for replacement in March. Why? They both have significant marks and haze between the glass panes that is visible when the morning and afternoon sun strikes these south-facing windows from fall to spring. This is the same problem we had with these two windows installed by Glass Services and replaced under warranty three times! That is why we hired RBA to replace all seven of our windows with the best-in-industry product, and the guarantee that Andersen windows would not have this problem. That promise remains to be seen. Thank you for your comment!

Looks great, I really like the attention to detail the guys put in prior to setting the new window. I wonder what kind of insulation they used?

Why is the big guy comparing the previous workers work that that they've done before belittling them I guess it brings him pleasure or to try to make himself look good.

I've been a builder for 30+ years. As soon as a guy starts bad-mouthing the last guy's work he's out! It shows bad character, it's a waste of everyone's time and it's the kind of general negativity that nobody wants to here.

Load of nonsense they are talking, “ the screws were barely holding the window “ they had to cut through them with a grinder then pull it out ! Seemed like it was holding pretty good as they couldn’t bar them out

Wrong. Previous install was terrible! Those screws were like a half inch from the edge.
