Repairing a MILWAUKEE IMPACT DRIVER

kinda would of wanted to see before the repair as like if it powered on, did it click or not, just to be sure on mine, and also would u think that the brushes being bad would stop a drill woth to much torque ?

No click, pull the trigger and nothing happens. Starts out intermittent and gets worse. Sometimes you can shake or hit the tool to get it to work. Not sure what your asking about too much torque but brushes going bad definitely make the tool weaker. Thanks for watching!

Mine doesn't change direction unless I remove the battery and place it back. Also, I can't change the speed. Any ideas on what's wrong with it?
