- BMW E91 2008 Touring engine N43B20A
- Misfire counter detects random misfires?
- Fault code 30EA: nitric oxide catalytic converter, sulphurized

Hi, I replaced my DeNox catalytic converter by universal DeNox cat with resoldered NOX sensor probe from Aliexpress (I am a pig), works good for a few years well, but I drive only regional country roads, so desulphurations annoyed me, so I solved it with the NOXEM 130 from Bimmerprofs. Now I investigate problem with shaking idle in homogenous mode and too low rpms when deceleration. I am looking forward the next episode from you! Regards from Czech!

Can you please tell me did you remove f70 fuse for fuel pump? i removed f70, f33, f58,f70 and car starts successfully and running for a while???

Hey Jani, Thanks for this great guide! I am also in the process of searching and buying new injectors for my E92 320i since the fuel consumption has increased quite a bit lately. I would like to ask you, these injectors coming with rubber seals on the nozzles or not? Is there a way to force cleaning the Nox system without software? Also, could you please share the equipment and software you are using for monitoring? (Cable, tablet, software) Thank you in advance!

Thanks a lot for all your helpfull videos. It helped me replace and fix a lot a lot of issues. I had a mixture code and rough running Engine(no misfure). The injectors were tested and leaking and broken injectors. I Replaced them en coded new index 11. Also put in new bougies and coils. Now I get misfires on cilinder 4 and by checking it the operation smoothness value is way off the limits and I see codes 2D2A 2A0F(dit not have these before). Do you have any ideas what it could be?

Thanks for this helpful video. I have also changed all 4 injectors to index 11 as old injectors were leaking and causing misfire. Now the misfire is gone. For 2 days the car drove really good. Also good idle at 600 RPM. But after 2 days the idle is bit rough now. Sometimes RPM jumps from 600 to 700-800 for 1 second and then drops to 600 again. I can feel the sudden vibration. The workshop that changed my injectors didn't coded the injectors as they don't have the software to do that. Also old adaptations are not deleted yet. Do you think this problem is due to not coding the injectors? I have already booked an appointment with BMW to code the injectors and took care of this sudden RPM jump.

Yes, you need to code those injectors to the car with INPA or ISTA-D. Without coding, injctors will spray fuel incorrect amount, and these kind problems will present. Also, if old injectors was leaked long time, you wan't to do forced cleaning process for Nox system and reset adaptations.

I coded the injectors and reset adaptation 3 weeks ago. The car ran fine. But today again the car had jumping RPM issue when stopped. Any idea why this sudden RPM jump happens when car is stopped. Also my Nox sensor was changed 8 months ago.

Hi! Injector adaptions values on stratified mode are approximately the same values as before the exchange of the injectors. I will return to them in next videos as well. But at this point, that NOX Catalytic Converter can also mess up this side a bit, I think. So I want to figure it out first.

Anyone have an ideas what wrong my n43 engine 2 litre petrol car runs smooth if building up speed but the minute you put your foot right down that’s it misfire and loss of most power ??had new dme from bmw fitted by them high pressure fuel senor crank shaft senor camshaft sensor vanons retimed etc?

I know this Is very late but if this happens when flooring it hard then it may be coil packs, if it doesn't happen with smooth acceleration then its probably coil packs.

it can still be long enough, as long as you do long autobahn sessions, with speed at least 140km. so then it will be cleaned. but ye if you drive mainly in the city, soon is on the way too

@@say1978 false economy by Eu regulation. The automobile manufacturer must reduce there fleet consumption or they will be get a penalty payment. This is the reason why Audi put in the S6 a 3.0TDI Diesel Engine..less consumption, they need to reduce ist and you cant so anything. Cars today have 150tkm and have Problems you need to buys new spare parts which isn't good for environment but how cares, the do want they want it doesn't need to make sense, they are right. All because money nothing else, nothing change in the world. And now you need to do all this shit and take a run to the Autobahn and drive 30min with 120km/h do refix the nox catalysator. I had 780mg crazy.. I do it every week an drive 160km/h to another city 20km for a coffee to McDonald and back it works but for the environment..

Thanks! Great that the videos are helpful! 😊 These injectors are version -11. Part number is 13537589048. The spare part number is the same in versions 11 and 12! I ordered those new injectors from Germany at www.leebmann24.de for 195.68 euros per piece.

Old was -08 versions. Injectors are brand new set. I think that I need to fix Nox system before we can analyze injectors. But will see how it goes 👍
