Had a 73 1110 with the same trim. Loved the truck. Points, condenser, plugs, and wires. Then rebuild that Holly. Good looking truck. Thanks!

You'll probably need to clean out the doodad & switch out the widget. (Sorry Ben, I know nothing about the gizzards of automobiles, that's part of what makes your channel interesting. Give Lucy a hug for us.)

Love your channel. Seeing the old Binders reminds me when I was a boy and dad's C Series trucks, Loadstars & IH dozers in NE Missouri. Thanks!

All of the above regarding the lack of starting. Probably going to need them anyway to complete a well done, reliable rig. She'll be sett when finished.

I was briefly impressed with that. Jumpbox. Had one exactly like it seemed to work pretty well. Just didn't have no longevity didn't last long at all. But I used it a lot in my line work. Went back to the old J&C 660 been using them for years and years and years and years never had a problem. It's been a while since I had a 406 garage video pop-up in my feed. I always enjoy looking at your International horde can't forget the dog. Lucy is a good dog.

Hi just watched the pickup of 5 from a couple of weeks ago. Have you considered putting a couple of fixed camera positions looking forward and back from the peterbuilt some like to watch the journey and loading. ☺️

The starter is definitely dragging could be pulling too much voltage from ignition just an old man’s thoughts.
@Sherry-jx9hs Жыл бұрын
Sitting for 20 years I would guess points. It wasn't trying with the ether so probably a spark issue. Just rob a coil from another truck and a battery and try again and then look at the points

Ben how can your fans get an opportunity to meet you and Lucy? I am definitely interested in meeting both you and Lucy I am a dog lover and Lucy is an important member of the channel. I would say it is probably the battery seeing how bad those cables were

Back in the 50s 60 s and 70s eddy bartel owner of bark loader invented a lot of stuff. He made railroad service trucks he used international and Ford . He stretched the frame extended the cab to yfour doors then installed all the hydrologic parts nessacary to ride the rails. He was the only one l knew did that in Duluth Minnesota. Nice man and a smart guy l saw another truck like you got in North Dakota once not many like that my dad drove a 58 ih for years my brothers restored it. Well have a great day.

If you were heating those buildings separately, you'd be using a lot more fuel and it would not be as efficient either. If I ever can build again, I've considered doing both outside wood boiler, and waste oil, switching back and forth as necessary. I know it's overkill, but I think it's good to have a backup.
@thomasfletcher760 Жыл бұрын
Sounds like maybe keep a couple cans of " start ya bastard " on hand ? Edit , never mind , you had a can on hand . My guess is it needs points , condenser, and maybe a coil

Taking a lazy attitude from Casey, If you switch the door to the other side of the opening, It would make it easier to load, Just that little bit, ends up being a big bit after 20 years, especially logs, literally, I had one and I smashed my finger and dropped an arm full on my foot, Just saying, it's the little things that make the big things.
