I owe you an apology. I've been slacking on my obligations to regularly present findings from the Bright Line Eating Research Program in the Vlog. Starting this week, I'm going to consistently update you with the data we collect and what we're learning from it. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I will try to implement your suggestions. I’ve always hated being hungry and I think I start to panic. Hopefully it will subside soon

Hi Susan...and,as always, thank you for your inspiring and informative weekly vlogs. Without doubt, the major advantages for me on the BLE journey, are the rewarding feelings of peace and calm around my food,when I stick,100%, with the BLE system. I still find it fascinating however, how quickly, menacing food thoughts return, when I stray off my bright lines...The daily rituals and the armour we learn about here, to keep us on track are, in my experience, is the essence of long term success regarding loosing weight and keeping it off....and on that note I'm off to sea swim!!...my best ever NSV as a result of successfully embracing your amazing BLE system over the last 3 yrs...Thank you 🙏☀️🌻

I’m on a 10 scale for addiction but have 20 lbs to lose while perimopausal . I think I have always known I have to give up all sugars to make the constant struggle go away. I gave up smoking and used sugar as my drug of choice. I am excited to start

BLE programme is such a blessing. It gives one peace about food, and freedom from going from one diet to the next. Thank you, Dr.SPT. We highly appreciate your hard work, perseverance in helping us through food addiction.

Oh, I wish this was a reality for me in this BLE journey, but it just hasn't been the case. Maybe I crave novelty and excitement, while BLE preaches routine and "unsexy food". Not sure why, but this has been my experience.

I cannot find this paper. I searched Current Developments in Nutrition, the May and June issues - nothing. I searched using the title - nothing. Can you give specific citation details? Or provide the article, perhaps in an attachment? Maybe a link? Thank you

Where do your research numbers come from? Who computes the data? Who pays for the data?

Hi, Miss Moneypenny! Our research numbers come from the surveys that BLE customers complete. We have two PhDs who compute the data. They are contractors with Bright Line Eating. 🧡

How do you explain that, what ble does and others don't, so we have this result? All that ble recommends or something specific, like, that's because we don't eat sugar and flour?

Hi there, we certainly understand your frustration with being hungry as you introduce a whole new lifestyle. Remember that it will pass, and no one ever starved to death between meals. If you have weight to lose, you’ll start off on a weight-loss food plan, and some amount of hunger is to be expected. That’s the natural consequence of eating fewer calories than your body needs to sustain your current weight…and that’s how you’ll be losing the weight. If you are in the membership and have access, we strongly suggest reaching out for coaching. Coaches will be able to discuss all the nuances of your plan and support you. In the meantime, try to distract yourself with walks, or even naps, reading the Bright Line Eating website, watching video modules or vlogs, interacting in the Online Support Community, meditating, or reaching out to a friend-really anything to help you pass the time. This is a time to remember that hunger is not an emergency, even though we sometimes feel like it is. Read and implement your emergency action plan. Go online, ask for support, and be of service to someone else. Journal. Call your buddy. Make a gratitude list. Meditate. And remember, there is always another meal coming. 🧡🧡🧡

Hi, Margaret! You're thinking of the 4 Questions! 1. Do I have peace? 2. Is the food healthy? 3. Is my usage of this food escalating? 4. How is my weight with this food?
