My sales on Poshmark have been 🔥 all February and still going strong. I’ve been hitting up estate sales and garage sales heavily. I like to stock up inventory for the summer at a low cost now because it will be too hot here in AZ for yard sales in a couple of months. You had great sales! Thanks for sharing 💕

Excellent sales, Amy! I love watching successes in reselling, bc it inspires me. It's going to be an interesting season for the Seahawks. We shall see how it goes. The ownership really did Pete Carroll in badly. A while ago, I sold 2 of my Siberian Husky's Seahawks shirts on Poshmark. Glad that another pooch will enjoy wearing them! Love the lambskin moto-jacket. Your retro sales experience reminded me of when I lived in SoCal years ago and my daughter and me would go to Beverly Hills for garage/yard sales. We'd always pick up some cool items that today would be so in and the prices were so low! Hilarious story! Wonder who she was.

Thank you!! I wish I had an exact formula… Usually I look at sold listings on eBay first. Then I look at sold listings on Chairish. Then I look at what is available that is similar on Chairish. If there isn’t anything similar available, or very few, I will price the item high, at least 20% higher then any sold comps. Sometimes I just think, what would a rich person pay for this at a fancy overpriced boutique? If you live in or near a city that has a high end boujee antique store, I’d recommend looking at prices there. Sometimes the value of an item is perceived rather then factual, do you know what I mean? I’ll try to talk more about perceived value in an upcoming ship with me video. 😊

Hi! Those are actually old sales. Sometimes I share my high dollar sold items to hopefully drive traffic to my closet. My theory is that sometimes people search sold listings and they may click on my closet as a result. Thank you for mentioning it, I will share that tip in an upcoming video. 😊

Hi Joan! It really depends on what type of item I’m listing. Typically I spend about 5-10 minutes on just the listing portion. The pictures usually take about 5-10 minutes per item, and then I edit the photos and take measurements of the item. So roughly 15-25 minuets per listing.

Oh boy, I can’t function when I miss to many nights of sleep. I hope it gets better for you sometime. ❤️ I take magnesium and turmeric before bed now, and it has really improved my sleep overall. It’s also supposed to help with aches and pains. Dang perimenopause has me all out of sorts. Sometimes being a woman is a real pain in the arse.😂
