My dad passed in September, my 5 year relationship ended in October. Which means i lost the home we had built together. I am moving to maine and giving my life a full reset, that just happens to be for the new year. I want to start walking, hiking, meditating, yoga, and eating close to the earth. I cant wait to move and be able to breathe, surrounded by less people and overwhelming energy

Guys; know that you are doing great! Everything is falling into place for you very soon! This is the best time to head in that direction which you were always meant to go. Everything up til now happened for a great Devine reason! You are EXACTLY right where you are supposed to be at this moment in your life!!! With that said, you are now about to reap the benefits of your tremendous wisdom gained from all these experiences. Start that workout regimen! Get the wheels moving to start that business that you’ve always had in the back of your head. Today begins the first day of the best of your life! You’re gonna do this! 💪😎👍STAY STRONG !!! FYI, I’m 51 and ready to get back in shape (like I was in My 20s)and make my 50s the best decade of my life!

I LOVE THIS. These resets that’re supposed to give us back control over our lives end up just making us spiral! It can seem like changing everything at once is a great idea. It gives us the momentum we need to move forward. But, more likely, we just get overwhelmed with all the things we’re trying to get done. I think there’s a better way. Chipping away at our goals.

Amazing talk. It reminds me of when I felt like I was at the bottom of a metaphorical deep dark well after a terrible breakup with the person I thought I would be with forever. I remember I kept thinking “I’ll get to the other side.” But I knew I had a long way to go on my journey of healing. But to reassure myself I would remind myself constantly “when I get to the other side it’ll be okay.” Covid hit 6 months later when I was finally feeling a bit more like myself. But I pushed through and had a lot of time alone and it really did help to let go of all the distractions and just… be. To sit with the sadness and the anger and the loneliness. I sat with it long enough that the light started to shine through me again and I felt ready to be at peace and move on. And I got so caught up in life again once I was onto new things and two years had passed that it took me a while to realize I was on the other side

I'd like to hear how people go because I walked 375kms over 5 days 3 times, and I had no significant psychological change on any of the trips, if I learned one thing it was to just keep going and not find resistance against it in your mind, but that's simply an idea, I do think things like that every day. Ps. 70km a day is to much for the feet and dont walk with wet socks on, itl save you a lot of pain in the end. Keep the kms at 40 or less a day
