Hey broo !! I'm on a weight loss journey. I've reduced from 97 to 80 kg in 6 months . I was not losing weight from past 3 weeks. However as u advised I took a diet break for a week , increased my activity and I've just broken my plateau. Thanks for the tips broo . ❤️✨️

@farufaru9028 bro, the thing is your body has become comfortable to the exercise and diet you are taking. I would advise changing ur workout split/exercises and adding more cardio. Also try taking diet break. This doesn't meet eating dirty but adding 200 calories to your diet I did this and my plateau passed

Done I uusually do not eat too much calories instead of calories decrease I enhanced activity level I was doing YOGA then I started mild resistance training and one thing was an added benefits I am fond of walking I started walking in office break after dinner and day time which added 15000 steps and thank to my apple watch it helped me alot on board So I broke that plateau, One thing I wanna add that you should have supportive gadgets it is not mandatory to buy costly things but having a good shoes while walking , and your watch tracker will boost your confidence as well as motivate when you are feeling lowww...

Dear Siddharth , I am 67 , embarked on body transformation as I realized that future quality of life is subject to having good fitness. I discovered your videos a month back and I must say I am impressed . It so happens that I was more or less following what you are prescribing , with some success ( Reduced my weight from 82 to 75 in 6 months ). Can you do a video for people like me ? Most of the people of my age are likely to live 15-20 years more but these years are spent fighting disabilities and diseases. Medical science has advanced age but not the quality. Recently I came to know of Sarcopenia ( progressive loss of muscle strength with age) which seems to be a reversible condition to a large extent.

I love your videos, I like to share these with my kids and American friends but unfortunately they don't speak Hindi at all and I try to explain it to them as much as I can. I would appreciate if you can put some English subtitles so more people can be benefitted with them across the globe. Also, I know that you like to put background music and music effects in your video and in India everyone loves background music in movies, shows, even in news but if you can make it without them, it would be more accurate for people who are using translation software to understand them. Your work is quite amazing and this loud music ( I meant louder than your voice mostly) is little annoying with headphones. I am a big fan of your work and like to promote your work, normally don't comment much but felt like doing it for your channel.. it's probably my 5th comment on KZbin!! 😊 Keep up the good work 👍

I was at 97 kg... Just start calorie deficit deit and I am at 95 kg after a week... Have added 5 kms of walk to this everyday... Will also add weight exercises soon...only problem I am facing is that i am finding it difficult to calculate the calorie intake of home cooked food...
