Water getting that high on the flashing and rusting the nails the water is coming from the joint of stucco to flashing remove all the old sealant and then completely fill that void you guys do good work

Probably the chimney is at fault. Try re-rendering it.

@@ianhoare289 we find the source of the problem and it’s was previous roofers by their knife, went through the shingle
