Not bad, decent workout. The squats and hip thrusts are good. I never got much out of the standing ab crunches and the calf raises looked more like an exercise in trying to keep your balance so I will pass on those as well. As far as abs are concerned, I like doing the crunches laying on the floor with the band anchored to the door and the other end around my chest and then crunch up. Good burn that way. The core rotations are good for the obliques and build athleticism. Good job 👍. Lots of different ways to use bands, you just scratched the surface. Liked the background music 🎶
