A 30-minute guided natural movement workout focused on ground-based movement. Warm Up + 2 movement sequences + Cool Down. This practice will develop mobility, balance, and coordination. It's a perfect morning practice or for an active rest day.

OMG! What a dynamite practice! I'm an 83-year-old woman tired of doing yoga postures, so I stopped doing them and now have lost a lot of my core strength and balance. I may not be able to do all of your workout, but I'll do what I can. Who knows, I may become a Ninja granny!

This was amazing to follow. As my first time practicing primal movements, I’m breaking a sweat right now, but I am so excited to continue to explore the basic movements of human nature that seem to be lost on this generation with our sedentary jobs and modern comforts. After trying a variety of practices, from basic gym, all types of yoga, pilates, crossfit...I was looking for something that would engage my entire body and give me this kind of liberation...I have just found about this kind of movement a few weeks ago, but I believe this is our original way of being! This was my first video I saw at your channel about 2 years ago and still is one of my favourites. Your thoughs and dynamic exercise practice are interesting and fun to do. Really love how same movements grow in difficulty with every round creating space to get to know the movement and keep it interesting by make it more and more challangening. Keep up the good work. Hi Calen (I hope I made no mistake in the spelling), this is really a great video you made, incredibly efficient and rewarding... I am 65 now, accustomed to Yoga and Pilates practicing, still missing flexibility and mobility with stiff hamstrings. I think this video is clearly not for beginners, I struggle with several movements even during the warm-up. But progress comes up with slow motion (some movements down to 25% speed !!). And I was happy this morning to come through the whole session, in great form !! Thanks a lot Christophe

I did this workout instead of my usual yoga practice this morning. I loved it. As adults, we usually don't give ourselves the opportunity to play when we exercise. This was a refreshing change to how I will approach exercise. Thank you

Thank God for this video. I have a lot of arthritis in my entire spine and my hips the thoracic the neck and this is really amazing to get me moving in the morning but it’s not too difficult at the same time

Just finished this flow tonight and was surprised how challenging it was. A good complement to an otherwise repetitive yoga practice, which is always linear and sagittal in movement. Flow sequences, at least for me, are more responsive to the natural and organic patterns of life. Cheers coach! 🙏😀

18/5/24 I broke down the sequence in bits to do every morning before cycling to work. The tripod stand, balance sit and rock-ups are some of my favorite. Prone crawling needs a lot of core strength & also working on That as well. Namaste 🙏🏾
