Does LRS relate to the nervous system?
@YourWellnessNerd7 ай бұрын
From my clinical experience as a physiotherapist there may be a connection to the nervous system. But clearly it is a complicated and complex condition.

Bro i am facing a problem of seperated shoulder how can I just hide that color bone. Tell me if there is any exercise or workout .

I have had RLS most of my life. I also have spinal stenosis. I have tried every medication available over my 73 years for this. And now I have reached a point of augmentation. I have tried steroid injections in my spine with little success. Out of desperation I am now going to try heat infusion in the nerves of my lower back. Do you feel this could be helpful? Thank you for the information you make available.

I get how this could theoretically work in a minority of people who have RLS as a result of a purely mechanical problem, but has there ever been a single anecdote of someone being able to replicate RLS symptoms by using a foam roller?

What about restless legs in the arms and abdomen?
@YourWellnessNerd2 жыл бұрын
If I was assessing someone for those areas, Id be interested in the base of the ribcage for the abdomen, and the lower neck/upper back for the arms.

You are most welcome to list any other underlying causes you may have come across Monica. This is just my lived clinical experience as a Physio.
