I really love this cutscene, it's nice to have a little drama, romance and sex in Dynasty Warriors. Really there's just about a little bit of everything. Action, Drama, War, suspense, betrayal, shady deals and secret alliances, politics, family, death, even a little bit of comedy and cheery moments, sad moments. DW7 and really ROTK as a novel has really got it all. :)

One thing that Koei successfully showed, Sun Quan's dedication and love for Lian Shi. Even if he had more wives and one of his wives gave him an heir, he still cherished Lian Shi the most. Even after her death, she gave the title of Empress to her rather than the one who gave him an heir. Though I don't like him, I gotta compliment his love for Lian Shi. Cao Pi and Zhen Ji was so wrong in so many fucking level. She should be with a worthier man than Cao Pi.

It's odd that both of them are enemies in DW7-9, while in WO3-4, they must work together. Cao Pi wasn't a good guy. If it makes you feel better, he was emperor for only about 6 years before he died of illness. I also looked up his skank (Guo Nüwang) on wikipedia. Apparently Cao Rui (Cao Pi's son an successor) found out about her role in his mother's (Zhen Ji's) death and forced her to commit suicide. When she was buried, he covered her face with her hair so she could never see sunlight again and he stuffed her mouth with rice so she couldn't lie anymore in her afterlife. How fitting.

I think you completely missed the point. You cannot say that Tsaotsao is the "real" pronunciation, because that would mean all other pronunciations are wrong. Tsao is correct in Mandarin, but not in Cantonese. There are different Chinese languages, and isn't more real than the other. If I read their names as Choupei (Tsaopi), Chouchou (Tsaotsao) and Chouyan (Tsaoren), you would not tell me that they are not the real pronunciations, would you?

His name is Chōchō in Cantonese, Sōsō in Japanese On reading, and Chōchō in Korean. Japanese and Korean borrowed pronunciations from old Chinese, and old Chinese is similar to Cantonese. I wouldn't say the Mandarin pronunciation Tsaotsao is "real" just yet.
