Я по работе, часто покупаем старое производственное оборудование, со старых дробилок, бетонных заводов, элеваторы и т.д. Так вот часто приходится такие засраные движки снимать, разбирать и восстанавливать, и именно восстанавливать, отдавать электрикам на перемотку статора! Шкив я бы этот снял, хотя он уже обломан, но можно наварить было и восстановить, но всё равно тут вышкой заливай, в солярке пускай отмок бы, потом бы грел его тем же резаком, чутка простукивая я бы снимал его! Подшипники сразу под замену пошли бы, у них явно выработка и от коррозии, ямки, вообщем под замену! Корпус я бы пескоструил, там не так сложно этот пескоструй собрать, а тут в ролике просто корпус почистил, кёрхером помыл и всё, типа реставрация так называемая? Я диз поставил.

Kastom Den я перематывал движки ..здесь он не показал что с обмоткой рабочие не рабочие ..есть межветковое ...ещё водой сколько брызгал ..после воды сушат в печи ...так сушить можно неделю ..на воде показывает на корпус ..так как мотор старый изоляция между пазами изношена ..надо все проверять

DO NOT USE THIS AS AN EXAMPLE ON HOW TO REBUILD A MOTOR. This motor will not run. You cannot wash windings and not bake them dry. You should not reuse ball bearings and you could hear those bearings were shot at the end. Your bearings should not slide easily on the shaft, they should be heated up and installed. The black glue was the result of the insulation on wire heating up to the point of burning and melting. Everything about this "restoration" made me cringe. You had the money to primer and paint this but not the $3 for a f-ing eyebolt. Please tell me you threw this back in the scrap dumpster you found it in. The potential for this to kill someone is too high to even think about.

As a somebody who has been working in the motor repair industry for nearly 15 years I can say with absolute confidence that this man has no idea what he is doing and could very likely cause massive property damage and death if he was to sell this on to some unassuming person. That motor would burst into flame within seconds of being energised. Leave it to the professionals please.

What were the insulation resistance readings between the windings and between windings and earth? Were the windings balanced? Bearings should always be replaced after exposure to heat.

In this entire video , I was worried about the stator wires as they looked burnt from within. The creator have not shown that whether this machine worked or this entire mission was to make old motor look more aesthetic than before. Anyways, good amount of hard work and technical skills deserves a like and appreciation. Kudos brother.

I'm sorry but if one of my mechanics/electricians did this, I would fire them. Why? Reused old bearings, sprayed the motor windings with WATER, did not megger prior to re-assembly, and failed to use proper PPE. This is an accident and FIRE waiting to happen.

Судя по цвету проводов обмотки мотор тупо сгоревший, а перематывать его он не стал. Поэтому и нет проверки на работоспособность - мотор заведомо дохлый.

Так железо механику ремонтируют, а электрику то сперва прозвонить нужно, это не сноповязалка и не зиповская зажигалка..... да и методы реставрации не очень щадящие, пескоструй бы многое решил, ..... только не в обмотки и не в якорь

Twas fun to watch. I'm not a mechanic, but a few things came to mind. Lead paint? Will that fan eventually melt? You didn't pack the bearings at all? I would have liked to see what you reconnected the electrical feed through. The 'black glue', if by design was important. What did you find out about it? Thx for the video.

Then the force on the wrench would be along the axis of the shaft, not a cross it. 06:05 What??? Holding the shaft with a pipe wrench and no protection to prevent marring the shaft? 08:19 Are those OHSA approved flip-flops? 13:17 Not the way to clean motor shaft. 15:20 The wrong way to pack a bearing. Does it work?

I work on rotors and help rebuilt them. Just the mechanical side of it. Did you check the run out off the bearing surfaces to see if the shaft was running true? And the size of the key way to see if worn? If the shaft is running out too much or damage surface you can spray weld the surface and get it reground. If the key-way is bad they can be knocked in with a chisel or welded and re-machined. Blessings.

Looks great, but, does it run? Those stator windings looked pretty crispy to me. That new cooling fan was a good move. It will give at least 3X the air flow, and will minimize vibration, due to being lighter, and much better balanced. I would like to have seen and heard it run.

No reviso la resistencia del motor ,mucho menos checo si no esta aterrizado el motor, los rodamientos deber ser nuevos, jamás se aisló con barniz el bobinado , tampoco reviso el ajuste de las tapas en pocas palabras hizo puras mamadas

A sand blaster would have cut the cleanup time by two thirds. You didn't run a test to see if the windings were damaged either. You NEVER put back old bearings, and you pack them before installing. Bearings that slip onto a shaft without pressing them are worn out. It may look pretty, but will it run??
