В совке у гальваника не было не то что маски, а даже резиновых перчаток, все эти железяки он полоскал голыми руками. Видел своими глазами. Так что здесь ещё неплохие условия, тепло опять же.

Странно. Работал на Ростсельмаше в Ростове - ходили в цех гальваники . Условия работы были на уровне- перчатки резиновые. И все что было необходимо для работы . Во времена СССР тб работало по полной программе. А сейчас в корпусах предприятий отключены системы вентиляции- смог висит и вонь стоит. Так что если и были проблемы- то рабочих это устраивало. А может не хотели пользоваться.

@@ЖаннаМанторова в АТП в СПб дело было, тогда ещё в Ленинграде. Не знаю чего они там хотели или не хотели, но цех у них выглядел практически также как в этом видео.

I feel bad for the guy on acid duty (the 1st bath after forming). The guy on chromate dip is a close 2nd. They're pretty much just doomed no matter what they do. Everyone else can at least be careful and survive.

The more steps on the manufacturing the more they drop the parts on the floor to pick them up again. I think it is due to the fact that they neither use chairs nor workbenches, so if you are sitting crosslegged or squatting on the floor the closest surface to you it is the floor hence that’s why they do it. In other videos what puzzles me is that on each step they sort the pieces to scramble them again at each step.

No entiendo porqué en la mayoría de fábricas trabajan sin elementos de seguridad, en sandalias, sin gafas, tapaoídos, guantes, etc. Y la costumbre de trabajar en el suelo y en la tierra, eso hace que los procesos de producción sean lentos e ineficientes, desgastando más a los trabajadores

Espero que por cada árbol que corten siembren otros. Hace 40-50 años en Europa se trabajaba así, en estas mismas condiciones, luego fueron llegando las reglas: salariales, de seguridad, ambientales y muchas más. Contrariamente a lo que se puede creer no todas las reglas son o han sido beneficiosas, algunas han sido motivos de cierre para muchas empresas. ¿Qué quiero decir? En este video son evidentes las falencias estructurales en particular de seguridad laboral, seguramente debidas a limitaciones económicas de los propios empresarios, sin embargo, guste o no estas son las bases para construir un país desarrollado.

No, potem jest zaskoczenie, coś co jest wykonane w Europie czy USA jest drogie a z Azji tanie. Nie potrzebne, komputerem sterowane maszyny, kontrola bezpieczeństwa, zabezpieczające ubiory w tym buty, rękawice i inne. To jest przerażające w jakich warunkach ludzie pracują.
