Practicing this Qigong Movement will help you to Restore Energies, Release tiredness. You may click like this from 60-100 times.
You can apply this Qigong Routine in the Morning, in the Afternoon during Exercise time, or during Break time in the Day. You can Practice repeating each massage movement from 60-100 times.
