Something is fishy about the blanket immunity for callers reporting crimes. A false report results in serious pain and suffering for black people in particular because of the ill treatment. At the very least there should be the ability to call for civil investigations of questionable 911 calls. Even cops and city governments should want that because of the waste of resources and the increased chances of lawsuits like this one.

Cincinnati Laws should be challenged and amended regarding frivolousness 911 calls, which many evolved into murder. The solicitation of Citizen Watch groups is the main motivator of these people making theses calls. It should be renamed as the Citizen Watch Group over the African American.
