One of the only things I miss about being young is all the old tackle shops that used to be around my area. What’s funny about it is, that there isn’t a decent lake for at least 30 miles from me. They were just supported by people making the trek to a decent lake or local pond fishing. Every once in a while I’ll get a bait that smells like that old school scent.

But the plastic was pretty stiff. Good old lure though! I remeber bill dance crushing them on it in his show years ago. Would love to see some old lures come back. Like Manns harnose frogs and worms. Riverside became Yum baits i remember that too. Floating air fry was great for pickerel weightless. The pro series rib worm was one of my all time favs. Black red fleck with a chartreuse tail.
