My only concern with this special is that it was shown that Monarch could literally give himself the power to travel through parallel universes with the rooster so why didn’t he just continue to do that throughout season five without ladybug or cat noir knowing? Seems kinda like a plot hole but overall I enjoyed it

Pharaoh was able to slow time so that is a rather effective power he could use too it would enable him to slow everything but himself. Marinette was somewhat prepared for him using invisibility I notice, but then he did just tell everyone the plan. Invisibility worked well for him later on too. If he was invisible a few other times it might have made him harder to defeat. I think it is possible they were trying to say him using multiple miraculous for ill intent was harming him on top of the effects of a cataclysm or making the cataclsym's effects harder to suppress. One has to give them an excuse as to why he can't make her another body and transfer her soul into it too. After all people can be turned into ice cream and back in this show. They really have to make excuse up when people die all the time in the show by countless number like in Frozer, Optigami or Syren or Stormyweather 2. Ladybug has a large bodycount to her name maybe she's killed indirectly more people than Shady Bug had. If Shady was operating covertly

Because LB's temp possession of other Marinettes means they will remember and will be keeping an eye out for him. They can also still use Ubiquity to warn them in the future now. So Hesperia (I don't like that they changed his name to Betterfly). I think there is a bit of foreshadowing with 'The Supreme' especially since they were able to stop the wish. The Supreme might be the one making contact with Lila at the end of Season 5.

Christina and Bryce must've lost their voice after this. 😂 The ending when Shadybug and Claw Noir turn good was so cute though. 🥺 And their relationship is funny throughout the special. (Shadybug and Claw Noirs) Also when Chat Noir was comforting Ladybug because she was panicking, I was smiling at my screen because 1) I miss Ladynoir and 2) because I panic like Ladybug sometimes but this person in my life always makes me feel better and calm down like Chat Noir does for Ladybug. 😊

THE ANIMATION IN THIS EPISODE WAS AMAZING! Every aspect of that production process felt so much better in every way! The lighting was incredible and movements were smooth, and the city looked so much more vibrant. Especially in the scene where Adrien talks to Claw Noir, his movements and actions really just show the great movements and quality control of the animation

So, I just got done watching Miraculous Shady bug and Claw Noir. And, honestly, this might be my personal favorite of the three Miraculous World Specials they’ve done so far, beating out Shanghai, my previous favorite. I love the concept already of an alternate evil Ladybug and Cat Noir, which has already been teased numerous times with Marinette nearly getting akumatized in other episodes and Cat Blanc. My favorite part of this special is easily when Marinette and Adrien help their other selves to learn to cope with their problems, comparing them to their own, with Marinette being bullied and not initially having friends, and Adrien with the loss of his mother. My only disappointment was that Alternate Gabriel didn’t confront this dimension’s Gabriel, but I guess that would not work well with the plot as it clearly takes place in between episodes 3 and 4 of Season 5. I’m hoping that that these “reverse” characters will get their own series, just like Fei/Lady dragon from the Shanghai special and the characters from the New York Special. The last thing I have to wonder, who is the “Supreme” in the alternate dimension? Lila Rossi? If so, then dang, that WOULD be an apocalyptic dimension to live in. I can’t imagine a world where Lila is some sort of supreme dictator.

Something else I spotted (literally) was that shadybug’s redemption suit looks just like the one we saw ladybug wearing in the season 6 poster from behind. Perhaps we just got a look at s6 ladybug and cat noir’s new outfits without realising. I really wish that shadybug’s hair had stayed in the buns, because it looks so much better and would make it a lot easier to tell apart from our ladybug when they inevitably return in the future

I liked that the parallel Marinette and Adrien were actually tortured people who had good in them, but were corrupted by the Supreme's power. They eventually ended up good completely. By far my favorite special/episode of Miraculous. I love the intro and hearing Gabriel sings and I love seeing the designs of the characters (especially Shadybug and reverse Marinette) I liked the mini fight and reveal between Shadybug and Claw Noir after after Shadybug read Marinette’s diary. Also, I really liked that moment of vulnerability reverse Marinette had in Marinette’s room and seeing the damage inflicted on them from overusing their powers. I thought seeing the different universes and Ladybug and Cat Noir in each one was really cool and the designs were fun. I do wish we got to see more of Marinette and Adrien’s life in the reverse and what their world was really like, but I still really liked the special! Also reverse Gabriel- 😍❤

My favorite scene by far was the emo Marinette and Sabine conversation scene. Even though it lasted probably less than a minute, it was executed very well, from the broken mirror to Marinette's reflection to Marinette's change in tone. It also shows how Marinette's mom in her own universe is likely the opposite of Sabine's, hence why she lashed out before realizing the Sabine she was talking to was nothing like her own mother. Really sad, but also just done so well.

I suspect the Supremacy will show up again, but it is quite possible they have not finalised their design yet. So I wouldn't expect them to show that character, I was personally feeling more the lack of Adrien's relationship with his dad as civilians, Marinette's school life after becoming Shady and how or what they do if the "Miraculous is a secret". That was what irked me. I was also rather annoyed we didn't check back in with the Reverse Alya & Nino, to make sure they are well "Not dead".. I agree with you the Dialogue was a bit odd the conversation with Claw Noir and Cat Noir had me thinking "this is really awkward sounding" & also some of Reverse Gabes speeches were weird like, they imply he got Nathalie and his wife killed but they fail to really sell why that makes him a hero, and doesn't just make him a villain who is irked with another villain. He likely owes his son's life to the Supremicy and that is something else they just could really get into here, I can see why people say they might need to make a spin off show to do it justice. (which i'm totally fine with so long as Thomas is kept away from it).

This is the best special by far, I would give it 9.5/10, it absolutely surpassed my expectations, and my expectations were already high, I only had 2 problems. 1. The names, ugh. 'ShadyBug'? Toxinelle is better, 'Betterfly'? They did not do my husband Hesparia justice with that atrocious name, 'LadyFly'? THAT ISN'T EVEN THE RIGHT INSECT, ButterflyBug or LadyMoth are much better, ClawNoir and Ubiquity are fine names. 2. I felt it was too fast, it would've been a lot better if it was an hour long like the NY and Shanghai specials. Everything else I loved! The Hesperia intro was amazing, ClawNoir is the best version of Trashdrien, he's such a king and I wanna kiss him. And the message behind the special was great, 'Hope'

I think the special was interesting. It's just that I wish we could see more about their world (Shadybug and Claw Noir's). I want to see more of Emo Marinette's life, it seems to me that she's very sad while she's at the bakery. I think it implied that she's all alone in her universe so it makes sense why she's the opposite of Marinette. My favorite part was definitely where Shadybug read the diary because I think it sort of reflects her equivalent. In other words, she read what she didn't have in her world. That's why she has tears in her eyes. Also, the fighting between Shadybug and Ladyfly was interesting because it pretty much you have to talk with yourself in the mirror since they're pretty much the same person. It's like you have to change your negative self-talk to positive self-talk if that makes sense. I'm also surprised that Chloe is still evil in the other world. I thought she would be like our Marinette but who knows? Maybe emo Mari still don't like her for whatever reason while Chloe is a nice person. Another thing is Monarch is going to a different universe just to get Ladybug & Cat Miraculous which I found out was really cool! It seems to me that they're planning to make another universe (hopefully). Similar to Spiderverse. But yeah, I enjoyed this one more than the other special.

Yeah Shady barely knows Adrien and seems to only tolerate Claw Noir. I guess she decided to take a chance... Ladynoire was quite quick too though. Maybe as we know Marinette can fall hard this day was her Umbrella moment for her. & Adrien was already crushing on Marinette so that was fine. I think it's OK she wanted a better life and she just discovered her reluctant partner was crushing on her. So not the worst of days for her.

I can only imagine that this special exists to set up a bigger villain (the supreme) in the future. I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is who is pulling the strings behind Lila. The symbol they used to represent the supreme looked a lot like the symbol on the top of the original miracle box, so this could definitely be an alternative master fu. This may explain why they actively didn’t show us much of the other universe when they absolutely should have; because it is likely to become relevant later on and showing it now may have spoiled a big reveal. By showing us the little of the other universe that we actually saw (Gabriel’s hideout), they actually created a plot hole… if the hideout is assumably in the same location as hawkmoth’s, why did alternate Adrian not realise who the butterfly miraculous holder was, as he literally would have had to enter through his own house to get there? He seemed completely clueless about his father’s hero identity, and just assumed he’d moved on?

This special was my favourite one by far.. I just wish it was a bit longer than 47 ish minutes. I kinda wish it was 1 hour like the NY or Shanghai special. I kinda wish we got to see other Alya and other Nino a bit more, even other Gabriel and his relationship with Adrien. That would've been cool. I completely agree with you.. I wish we got to see the parallel universe more. Hopefully they can make another special that includes Shadybug and Claw Noir (like the One Night Mission) that will be focused on LB and CN going to the parallel universe and helping other Ladybug and Cat Noir, and Hesperia defeat the Supreme (I also want to know who he is exactly). Just like the heroes from the other 2 specials helped defeat the miraculized in the season 5 finale. I just hope we can get to see the parallel paris at some point, and I'd really like to see other Alya and Marinette and other Adrien and Nino become friends. I also like how Adrien and Claw Noir bonded over Nino and Emilie, that was cool. I liked Ubiquibug's design. It was so cool. But then again.. I wish I could've seen actual other Ladybug and Black Cat holders when Monarch was going through the different universes. For example, we saw Scarabella and Kitty Noire, that was cool, except I wish I could've seen another universe that had for example, Felix and Kagami with the Ladybug and Cat, Luka and Nino with the Ladybug and Cat, Juleka and Rose with fhe Ladybug and Cat... "Betterfly" couldn't take Ubiquity with them as if he did Shady would just come out on top of them as the portal would be moving then. He is running away from her and to do that he has to leave Alya behind,.... yeah kinda cold. +14:21 Besides they needed to come out in the bedroom so Shady could read the diary and realise that Marinette is the holder of the Miraculous of the Coachroach... (er ladybug sorry). I have to say Marinette is a darn fool for writing the wish down anywhere other than her (hopefully encrypted) tablet. That is a recipe for the end of the world after all. & at least the tablet is innocuous looking unlike the locked diary box.

I absolutely loved it 😍😍😍😍. The battles, the tension, the pain, it was glorious. I'll admit it did have its share of downsides too but it was still good. Overall I'll give it a 7.5 out of 10. First of all, Hesperia's theme song was hilarious and cute at the same time😂😂😂😂😂. I'm really not feeling *Betterfly* name for Re-verse Gabriel's English dub and as far as I'm concerned, he's still Hesperia. I like how Hesperia's butterflies are called *Kimiko* which after a quick google search means *valuable, beautiful, noble child* and maybe they'll keep that for future reference. Although, I'm confused as to why they couldn't call them *Tenshi* which means *Angel* in Japanese which could make it the literal opposite of an *Akuma* which means *Demon* . It was cute how Tikki casually explained away that instead of going on and on about multiversal, she, Plagg and the Kwamis just prefer to live in and enjoy the present. You can really tell that they really didn't want to go too deep into the miraculous multiverse thing cause stuff is already complicated as it is. As for the enemy of the Re-verse universe called *The Supreme* , I think they were referring to the Guardian but I guess in that reality the guardian is some kind of evil overlord with a god complex ruling a kind of Dystopian world where they decide right from wrong with a sadistic iron fist. It would have been better if we could see how this Supreme looks and how the world looks to really sell it. As for Chat Noir's heroization to *CelestiChat* , I feel like the name was one of a list of possible names for Chat Noir's space version until they picked *AstroChat* but now since they had the special, they decided to look back on the list of names and picked *CelestiChat*. The slow motion in how Hesperia heroized Chat Noir into CelestiChat gave insight on how he builds trust and encourages as well as reassures the positive emotions of his chosen champions before sharing with them a power. Also, it was interesting that in a way, Shadybug and Claw Noir's motives were to get a better life than what they had been dealt and they thought that The Supreme would grant them that if they obeyed but I guess that if the Supreme didn't even tell them about what happens when you overuse the Miraculous then the Supreme probably wasn't going to give them a better life. So as a result, they defected to try and get a better life for themselves through the wish. Actually, I think this inter-dimensional trip was the straw that broke the camel's back in Shadybug and Claw Noir's frustrations as they witnessed a life they could have had but never got and through the Supreme's limitations on the wish felt trapped and cornered in the worst version of their lives with no escape, so once an opportunity came for them to change both their fates, they wanted it no matter the cost. It's a little funny how in the Re-verse universe, Adrien has a crush on Marinette but she isn't really bothered to care but I guess when you've been bullied into being a shadow of yourself you might not notice nor care. It was heartbreaking to hear Shadybug and Claw Noir breakdown and lay their pains bare at how it felt so unfair with the cards they were dealt and how they felt broken. However, it was wonderful to finally see them heal after letting out the pain to truly see themselves and pick up the broken pieces to make themselves whole again bit by bit. Also, I have to give credit where credit is due with Original Gabriel that he actually considered the idea of trying to get the Ladybug and Black Cat miraculouses even though he was already doomed to fail. I honestly would have wondered how he became the terrorist of Paris this long or if it was dumb luck that he lasted this long if he couldn't see an opportunity right in front of him. Ladyfly I loved Ladybug and Chat Noir's trip to various dimensions foiling Monarch's every attempt, and the other world were gorgeous 😍😍😍. I'm surprised that Chloe is still a bully in the Re-verse Universe and that the major difference is that the heroes and guardian became villains and a dictator and that the villain became a hero and maybe Marinette's home life is different with different life choices but nothing more. Now on to what upset me about this special: 1. *Lore telling but not showing* I would have liked it if we got to see some flashbacks or glimpses Into The Re-verse's (Ha, pun 😂😂) Dystopian world under the Supreme's rule or glimpses of the Supreme themselves or flashbacks of Shadybug's life and family. Without a look at this dystopian universe and only hearing about how bad it was, I wasn't really feeling it. 2. *Lacking Character Context* We didn't get much context on how Shadybug's home life is other than the fact that supposedly her mom isn't as supportive. It would have helped to see more of her life in a flashback as she had her breakdown fighting LadyFly to give us context on how bad it was. In Claw Noir's case it's more or less like Original Adrien's but with different motives and Re-verse Adrien really being hit by the grief so in some way we get the idea but a little more context would be nice. 3. *Missed end credits and end card opportunity* I feel like they could have had the end credits with Hesperia, Ladybug and Claw Noir now with a stronger resistance and fighting the Supreme and a pound-it end card with the three heroes in a slightly less dystopian Re-verse. 4. *Missed Father-son moment* . This is self explanatory as since Hesperia, Ladybug and Claw Noir are now friends, one of the changes they could have shown is Re-verse Gabriel and Re-verse Adrien having a heart to heart about how the other felt leading to a heartwarming identity realization since both are heroes now so why not clear the air, after all Re-verse Adrien and Re-verse Marinette know their identities so why not. 5. *Plot Holes* I've just realized that Hesperia's resistance lair was the same as the one in the Agreste mansion so probably in the same location in the Re-verse universe. So my question is why didn't Claw Noir figure out who Hesperia is from just that, cause it's his home too and nearly all the elements between the two worlds are the same. Well, that being said, the special was great but there was definitely a possibility for more in the lore. I feel like the ending was open ended for the possibility of a spin-off series about the Re-verse and the rest of the multiverse. Also, I feel like one of the moral lessons is *don't bully people as you don't know what monster you'll unleash* , *Every choice has meaning* and a few other lessons. Again, I loved the special although I still feel like it would have been suited for being set after the season 5 finale but oh well still good. I'm excited for more Miraculous Adventures to come.

Great commentary, Haze! I'm glad I'm not the only one who had mixed feelings about the special. It just felt like a longer episode; there weren't really any new environments or worldbuilding like in the Shanghai and New York specials. The plot was also confusing to me. Like they say that 'overusing the miraculous damages you' but we don't really see any consequences. But since I tend to keep my expectations low for Miraculous, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the confrontations were handled. I And I will say, the fight scenes were great and I LOVE Shadybug's costume. And compared to a normal episode, Adrien got more screen time, which I gotta appreciate. However, I would have prefered if the special started with Shadybug and Claw Noir talking to Supreme. It's so strange to me that they never showed him(?). And it's a real shame that we didn't get to see the lives of emo Marinette and Adrien, because it would have made the story so much more impactful. (I hope to find some fanfiction about Shadybug and Claw Noir because I like the concept.)

While it was entertaining, I think if they would have gone the Inuyasha or Alice in Wonderland concept it would have been better with Ubiquity being able to draw our LB/CN into the other world. Thank you for explaining the sci-fi stuff! I love to learn new things and it is always pleasure to listen to someone who knows what they are saying :). I totally get your point and lack of the Other World was jarring for me too, with biggest was total lack of The Supreme with exposing them at the all time. We were never told who The Supreme is (I also thought about evil Master Fu), but at the same time we see their symbol all the time: during the Gabriel Theme song, on Other Kwamis mouths (some sort of evil pacifiers?) or during The Wish sequence. For me the way how The Supreme was presented is a cheap plot device - there has to be some sort of greater evil, because it is simpler that way, but without putting an effort to show them, it ended up lazy. When it comes to Tikki explaining Marinette existance of other universes - yeah, honestly, I got this nasty deja vu from Reunion. My biggest issue with Reunion is that suddenly Tikki reminded herself to tell Marinette about some random gizmo she gave to Marinette three seasons ago, because it is relevant in excatly this moment and never used again, despite of being useful. Here it is exactly the same, but it is not as jarring for me, because it seems like connection between parallel universes is not common, so Tikki could assume that she doesn't need do tell Marinette about this, because it will never happen (while ability to reunite with previous, more experienced Ladybug Miraculous holders would be hella helpful for Marinette). Also, also - Tikki said she lived bilion lives in all universes SIMULRANEOUSLY which I understand as her mind/consciousness/awareness is shared between all Tikkis in all universeres. With this, Kwagatama should be able to connect with Ladybugs from all times but also universes... which is so OP. My other problem with this special is the setting - I hate that it is set during the Descrution night. Too much happened then and all additions with each new episode taking place then doesn't make any sense. For example, when Adrien called Marinette? He was wearing his PJs during this in Multiplication and right after this felt asleep. Then Nathalie returned. In Reverse special, Adrien was wearing his regular outfit, depressing about Cataclisming Monarch Daddy and right after this he joined the battle against Shady and Claw, which ended at the morning. Nathalie haven't return. WTF?! I really wished it take place after Season 5 finale and before Season 6 for multiple reasons. I get why they wanted to have it after the Destruction to show Marinette's hesitance and gaining her confidence to fight Monarch. But the problem is that Reverse special is not about Marinette gaining back her conficence! It is about Shadybug realizing that she can choose good, that she can change her life for better and that even her life sucks, she can make it worth living. In this case our Marinette doesn't need character development - she would work better as this bright lantern, an inspiration for Shady to be like her. She would be perfect with flat character arc when at the end she realized that, even she made some mistakes, at the end she did the right thing and is the best version of herself. At the end of season 5, Marinette has got everything: she reclaimed all Miraculouses, defeated Monarch Daddy and finally dating Adrien - but we know how tough it was for her to gain all of this. "Yes, I have got everything now, but it wasn't always like this. I had to fight for my happiness. You can do this too" - I believe that this would be way more inspirational for Shady. After Destruction our Marinette was kinda a wreck in her lowest point, but she got her push ups in the show - e.g in Multiplication or Determination - and she doesn't need to get it in this special. Another reason for the setting after S5 finale is Gabriel. If Other Gabriel saw this nasty golden statue of himself in the world where everybody are believing that he was a hero, it would give him even more courage and hope to fight The Supreme (and that would be the only reason to justify this monstrosity). Also, all scenes with our Gabriel and Monarch are for me very forced. He is really not needed in this special. He is there just to push the final battle to specific direction, but for me it would work much better without him. I would love if this was only about Ladybug and Chat Noir versus their "evil" (misunderstood? manipulated? used for evil?) counterparts. I totally see Lila intentionally not being involved in this whole situation, but just looking from the shadows how two Ladybugs are trying to kill each other. Setting it after S5 finale, when Monarch Daddy is gone, would also solve the final scene with Ladybug beating Monarch in all parallel universes - he just doesn't know about the possibility. I got an impression that writers considered setting the special after S5 finale, but somebody said "nope, we cannot do it without Monarch" (and honestly this time I don't blame Astruc - I kinda expect some higher executives to make this decision). There were couple lines, especially during Shadybug and Ladybug final battle, which for me would made way more sense if it was set after S5 finale, and putting it after Destruction looks like afterthought. Besides of it, I liked a lot of things in this special. Dynamic between Shady and Claw was so fun and refreshing. Other Adrien having secret crush on other Marinette is freaking adorable - in general I was never huge fan of Adrienette, but this is so cute. I believe that he is not going to the public school because other Paris in general sucks (just like in your fic - I was thinking about it each time when it was mentioned how terrible and destroyed other Paris is), so other Gabriel wanted to protect him and keep him safe from this bad world. I also love that we got an identity reveal from them, which turned out so natural. Also that it was explained why they both are wearing so heavy make up - not to look edgy, but to cover scars from overusing their Miraculouses. The strongest part of this special were the emotional scenes, which mostly were well done and very strong. And I loved Hesperia and his Prince Charming vibes.

Gabriel/Hesperia stole the show ngl. Although I would have liked Hesperia confronting Monarch and more details on his relationship with reverse Adrien. Reverse Adrien said his father was always shut up in his room and didn't care about him but that is not in line with Hesperia’s character at all Also I loved his speech about hope but when LB asked how Hesperia still has hope I feel like he should have referenced his son and said ‘Adrien gives me hope.’ Also if LB AND CN pieced together that Shadybug and clawnoirare their alternate selves shouldn't they gave realised the same for Hesperia and ask him to transform? 💀 Also side note but Hesperia and Nooroo have such a wholesome relationship 😭❤️❤️

I suppose Reverse Gabriel may have always been shut up in his room trying to strategize with the resistance, and perhaps Reverse Adrien never really made an effort bond with his father. That being said, I do wish we got more about Reverse Gabriel and Adrien's relationship. I guess they didn't ask for his identity because it would be like "cheating"? Or maybe they just didn't realize that Hesperia would have the same identity as Monarch, like how in some universes Scarabella (Alya) could possibly be the main Ladybug holder. Both are greiving for Emilie but Gabriel doesn't want to unload all his emotional baggage and grief and rightfully so on a 14 year old kid who's also struggling . But Adrien probably sees this negatively and thinks his dad doesn't care/moved on too quickly but we know this isn't true, he holds deep sadness for Emilie’s death but is trying to move on as best as he can. I feel like there's just a lot of communication issues between the two rather than any abuse or neglect.

Ok several points, I want to say 1. 25:35 I don't think just because it's a re-verse that it means everything will be opposite, the multiverse has infinite possibilities so there will be universes where both Marinette and Chloe will be bad, where just one is bad and one is good, and where both are good, in the multiverse, anything is possible. 2. The thing where Monarch doesn't try stealing the Miraculouses from other universes later on, the thing with the multiverse (at least in my training as a Physicist) is that time works differently, so we are 3 dimensional beings with a the 4th dimension bounding us which is time, in those 3 dimension, we can move around freely but for time, we are stuck in one direction, if you get access to the multiverse (which in string theory requires at least 10 dimensions) you can freely move anywhere in time, so it is possible with this freedom, Ladybiquity when to every possible point that Monarch tried and stopped him there. 3. I think with the introduction of the multiverse, I think it relates to what happened in re-creation. Marinette said if anyone made a wish, the balance of the universe is at stake. With Gabriel making that wish, the disruption could've disturbed the universes around the main one and cause some imbalances and glitches. And if you wondering the problem where the wish and the thing with Lila are at least 2 months apart, like I said in the 2nd point, in the multiverse, time is not linear, so those disturbances can pop up at any point in time in these universes.

I don’t think Chat Noir can cataclysm himself. He’s been cataclysmed by other akumas etc, but never by his own hand. Perhaps Plagg is able to protect his holder from the destructive power of the real ring (because Plagg, like Tikki, is multiversed). It’s just never come up before hence their surprise when it actually happens. The ears are mostly cosmetic and not life threatening which is why it may have just been knocked off. I think this special is the writers showing us how far their powers can go fully mastered.

You know haze cartoon Apocalypse has the same thing with the New York and Shanghai even with it’s movie Analysis like review as well so you not alone on it and to be honest that shady bug and caw noir reminds me of sandboy from it’s season so That how I kinda like you about not know and not sure about it anyway yet it’s reminds me of sandboy and it’s movie because the way it’s looks like it so you not alone on it even when the fans love it, but for me I don’t really quite know about it yet it’s just reminds of sandboy and it’s movie for it. I was thinking abt why they released a book before the special , but it kinda makes sense you'll probably buy a book to know what happens in the episode , but if they aired the episode first sales would be less.

What if the thing we see after Lila puts on the Butterfly Miraculous at the end of season five is The Supreme. Maybe it somehow traveled to our Ladybug’s and Cat Noir’s universe.

But recruiting Lila like he did shady would make some sense, shame though as it never gives us a chance to see if Nooroo and her could have had a chance to get alone. ii think Lila deserves better than being just someone's minion though. It would be so much more interesting if she had a protective motive and just went about it in a totally amoral way. She already has the contacts to be a social media it girl as it is, she didn't need to do anything so drastic as she's going to do. (perhaps). But I guess making Marinette's life hell might be a plan that her master might go for. I also would note that it does remove the issue of the timer that was a throny issue with the butterfly being used by a child. Is Lila going to half kill herself using a Miraculous for evil and then need to wish to cure herself ? That would be kinda sad.

+7:00 +Haze Clarke That scene was saying that he's fallen out with Nathlie so couldn't go to her for help of commiseration, so he considered confessing to his Son or at least looking for some emotional solace, and then he was reminded of his "crime" by the burn on his arm and was disgusted with his failure and left. Considering he literally just failed to get his wife back via the Bunny Miraculous due to his ladybug obsession just previously, he likely feels especially guilty about costing his wife and Nathalie their lives (eventually), this is held in counter point to Reverse Gabe who says he already got his wife and (implied) Nathalie was killed and felt remorse to change his ways as a result. Our Gabe has no second chance as Cat Noir set the fuse on the time of his death already, making him unable to do anything other than make the wish or die trying.

@@hazeclarke If it had not been there then no I wouldn't have missed it. But remember he'd just had a whole night of failures and broken up with Nathalie. So it speaks to his mindset, it's a mirror of Marinette Alya speaks to Marinette to encourage he to keep fighting calls her the "best hero ever" and mean While Gabriel had a big victory by gaining the miraculous but it is soured by his unsuccessful fights afterwards. So that is why it is there Ladybug gets her mojo back and Gabriel decides he has no choice but to keep fighting (mostly due to the actions of Cat Noir and himself with the cataclysm he now has no choice. So they show he is considering making a positive choice "for Adrien" and then seeing the damage changes his mind. this then leads into the whole Pancake thing later on I expect. So I have no problem keeping that scene if you want to know what I'd ditch it would be most of the alya in her PJ's scenes they are all something you can cut or trim down substantially and loose nothing. I agree we needed some more flashbacks to the other world for context. We needed to know how Marinett'es life is so much worse to understand what it was she wanted to make better. Also personally I'm curious if Chloe and Adrien are closer in the other world too. Like you said we don't even really know if the other Adrien goes to school or not. But I expect he does as otherwise how would he know who Nino is.
