I found one that hasn't been driven since 2001 and was abandoned in the middle of nowhere... The tires are sunk 2 inches in the dirt and it has been stripped of everything... Sad to see such a beautiful car in that condition....

Nice af, my mother has a 1980 z28 and it's completely bonestock and its in perfect condition as well, she only drove it a couple times because her dad died a couple weeks after he got her the car and it kinda traumatized her because she argued with her dad about getting the camaro and made her feel bad about it so she parked it into a shed with a tarp over it for like 30 years. She is kinda reluctant about it but it's going to be my first car.

It's amazing how much these cars are going for in today's market..I seen a 1978 Z/28 all original matching #"s almost every option all documented with 14,000 miles with Saffron exterior, (2nd rarest color that year) the custom black cloth interior, 4 speed manual (less that 500 were this color exterior/interior & manual) sold for $38,250 Just 15yrs ago these cars all original in this shape/miles/options were going for around $17,500-$20,000🤯

Well, how bad should it be? It's only got 28,000 on it.......It should be perfect. Mine looked like that when I traded it in for a Porsche with 56,000 on it. AND the headliner wasn't dropping down either.

all original? original tires that are 36 years old and show no signs of dry rot? All original engine belts again 36 years old? Tires have date codes on them but video did not show that. What is the saying, if its too good to be true it probably isnt. Was this car stored in a climate controlled environment? It is a nice car, but today anything can be reproduced to mimic factory original. The car is too clean which should be a clue to how original it is.

Original 40yr old tires! How cool is that? Just like the original tires that were on the absolutely pristine 78 Corvette pacecar, that we did 14k worth of body repair to, after both ends were bounced off cement barriers. The owner got caught in the rain and thanks to those awesome, old, rock hard tires it spun as if it was on ice. Original tires of that vintage are fine if the car is a trailer queen or if you keep them stashed in the garage, to hand to the next owner... The last place they should ever be is out on the road.

That breather lid is not stock looking. It should not have any chrome on it and it shouldn’t have a 1977 Z28 decal on top of the lid. I ordered new 4 speed Z28’s in 1977, 1978 and 1980. That head liner needs work here, it hanging from dried glue.
