The night image is very good but it looks looks like dusk with natural light still available. Did you have any experience with driving at night on dark highways with headlights behind you. Your reviews are so good I even watch the boat mods and I don’t own a boat!

Thanks. :) No, I don't tow the trailer at night much at all so haven't tested then, but I doubt it would be very useful in the pitch black and the display may be a distraction in the cab flashing quite brightly when headlights would show up. I did do a dark night test with the same camera but different display model BT12 You can see that here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3S0dYeOfLN2ZpI So you can assume its not for using at nighttime unless in a city that has lit roads or a highway with lights. Dark roads and headlights wouldn't be good. Cheers, Ray

Why are the rear images reversed! Does it look like this in the mirror/screen?

Yes, that is the way you have it set up when using it like a video rear view mirror for the trailer and those are recordings of exactly what I see in when looking at the display. It is very distracting if it isn't mirrored video. Go look into your vehicles rearview mirror the image is reverse of what you'd see if you were to physically turn around and look out the back window. :) There is a setting to mirror the image on the display or not kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6nRoIKLfM2nrLc For me I use it as a rear monitor so I want the image reversed so the traffic comes up the proper side of me and when backing obstacles are on the proper side when looking at the display mounted as a digital rear view mirror.
