So glad you made this. I've got both the 89 and Flash Keaton on pre-order. I always wonder how these types of suits hold up over time. I've seen some horror stories, but I've never had an issue personally. Couple questions: What year was the 92 released? Has much better joints. Also, have you had these packed away or displayed? Wondering if that makes a difference in how the material holds up, even if it's just a museum pose.

Looks like the 92 was from 2015. The return one i had it on display in my detolf and direct sun light does not hit it. The joints are definitely tighter on the 92. And I am sure the new ones will have even better joints. As far as the 89. I had it put away in its box for at least 6 to 7 years. So maybe that's why it held up. But 92 suit is just as good eventho I had it on display all this time. So I think both would be fine. I have a few other revisiting videos coming and the only thing I have an issue with would be those belts, those seem to be the ones that are falling apart.

Lol yea figured is perfect time cos the 2.0 is coming out soon so some ppl might either sell off the old one or skip the new one and good to see how the rubbersuit is after 10+ years.

See the thing is, I had this years ago after I bought it online. And since I like to pose my figures around, after I got it in the mail, immediately took it out the box and brought it left leg up really fast to make a 90 degree kicking pose and I snapped the joint off inside the body suit. Like it was completely shattered. And I’ve never touched another 89 Batman since. 😐

@@ClaytonPZ if I was in your situation I would try to take the suit apart and try to switch out the body for something more durable. I never really looked into how but I figured the suit is probably glued together on the backside cos that would be the perfect spot to hide seamlines. But yea I would feel devastated too cos is not a cheaply priced figure. Where I'd it now? Is it just standing in a display case?

The 89 2.0 came out, the dx09 still the one that looks like Keaton the most.

@@michaelsaint9181 the 92 keaton head sculpt is nice, but the 92 batman cowl with those mouth piece it came with seems a bit off to me.

@@toys210 ...maybe you should look at a still from the 92 movie,..it's spot on. The 89 figure is a fine figure but has some real structural problems apart from the terrible cape. I will be interested to see the new 2.0 version. At this point for me, the 92 is currently the best figure.
