I'll go to the beach, too, but like you I'm more of a river person. Give me the choice between un rio, and una playa, and I'll chose el rio 10 out of 10 times. I love your work, and I'm looking foward to see what you do with this house. I know you are working with a crew of skilled craftsmen, so I know the end result is going to be great.

Hay q tener cuidado con los ríos en PR🇵🇷a veces dónde están bien en calma en otros pueblos está lloviendo mucho y puede llegar un golpe de agua de repente y la cosa se pone fea, igualmente con las corrientes de agua en las playas q los turistas y aún los locales desconocen o no hacen caso a estás y ponen en riesgo sus vidas y lo q es peor la de los rescatistas

Lo difícil es conseguir hoy en día gente de la construcción q realmente quieran trabajar y sepan bien lo q están haciendo. Hay muchos robándose el dinero y haciéndose pasar como q saben, tengan mucho cuidado con eso

I experienced that people here don’t want to work they say they’re coming and show up in week or two and in California things get done the same day but I guest it’s island behavior just like Hawaii same problem

Pregunta?¿. Tengo entendido que cuando el techó está cayéndose y las varillas expuestas no se pueden arreglar y que hay que tumbar el techo. Por favor saqueme de esta duda y cómo puedo arreglarlo soy de Arecibo y eso es lo que me dicen

Saludos es bueno que alguien con experiencia evalúe la condición del techo para determinar si hay que hacer techo nuevo o se puede reparar. Dependiendo del nivel de reparación se puede empañetar con cementicio para los parchos o posiblemente si son mas severos los boquetes se usa una malla de alambre atornillada para que el empañete se sostenga. Si estas en la área nos escribes. Podemos pasar a verificar saludos y bendiciones 🙏🏽
