Well, here's what I said that makes me like the books more than the series, not including characters, suppressing parts of the story's plot, will cause confusion for those watching the series, as it seems like a new story. The bastard sons of Corlys Valeryon were taken to Rhaenyra and together with Houg The Hammer Nettles and other Targaryen seeds that were in the village in Dragon Stone and not Kingslanding, they went to the dragons. No dragon chose Adam, much less went looking for Adam, for me they removed the part where we could see the wild dragons and how Nettles, who is not included in the series, manages to ride the Sheepstealer, in addition to that it will be one of the causes of a greater distance between Rhaenyra and Daemon, (SPOILER - Rhaenyra will never trust the Targaryen seeds again and this will also drive Corlys away). I want to see how whoever is writing for the series will solve this and in the books there will be 4 dragons left, 2 of them wild, (SPOILER the Cannibal, at the time of Corlys' death, is seen flying over Corlys' Body, and in the reign of King Aegon 3 the Broken Sheepstealer and Nettles are found in a mountain cave and killed)

💯 Aemond would never have killed Aegon before winning the war. He is supposed to be clever enough to understand they need Sunfyre. But no, the show runner has ignored canon, changed the story for the worse to push his own narrative, well, if they had stayed a little more faithful to the source material, HOTD could have been great. 'The Rhaenyra Show' however deviates from the book, breaks the lore and is more like fanfiction, trying to please modern audiences by giving them a brand new badass warrior dragon queen who is kind hearted and selfless since she wants the throne not because it was taken from her but due to the prophecy.🤦‍♀Yeah right! I get the feminist spin of the show but this is ridiculous. Most fans don't mind though cause they haven't read the book and are all for girl bosses.

And if you’ve read Fire&Blood Aemond does not roast Aegon and Sunfyre, but it occurred to me why they did that in the show. In the ep.8 leaks Aegon tells Larys that his dragon is dead, they killed Sunfyre off so that Rhaenyra does not die the same way as in the book. Condal is such a Rhaenyra simp.
