"Way better" is a bit of a hyperbole! She didn't really require a rhinoplasty in my opinion but It's clear that her nose looks more defined post-op and that's not a matter of opinion. You'd have to be visually impaired to disagree.

Just my personal opinion, she had a very beautiful nose already at the start of the video i did not even notice her nose and forgot that she came for a nose job, then i realized she plumped her lips too much, after seeing photos post surgery when shes healed i noticed she had almost no bridge on the nose lower part. As a conclusion, i would say this girl need no surgeries all she needs is love for herself and from others.. my issue is way worst, i need a revision job, but i am not sure wheather to go to iran at all, all i can say acceptable natural looking nose will never be as post nose job, cuz fake can not ever look natural,

Hi there are different concepts behind cosmetic surgery in Iran and Korea, Korea makes a total structure change on the face and they are very good at shaping their own faces. However, they may not be perfect with just a single nose job, and its definitely not feasible for them to do just a nose job or regular face lift. And the flights are cheaper to Iran and less traveling time as well.

There was literally nothing wrong with her nose. I went to Iran a couple months ago and every minute I saw someone that just came out of surgery or someone with a nose job. It doesn’t even look nice they all have micheal Jackson noses. If you go for a nose job at least do a natural one not one where you look fake

Wow. There is no way to convince so many of these woman that they actually looked better, natural, before. What planted the idea in their heads they looked ‘unattractive’ with their natural noses???
