Overall, useful information, however, the secret lacks how to change underlining programming! The secret is great of you don’t already have unconscious blocks of previous programming

You don't change the programming, because you are not the person who lived the programming. You are the Essence of that person, which is an infinite Being, an observer, which Rhonda brilliantly explained in The Greatest Secret. You sit in the awareness, in the power of now and realize that there is only this moment, which carries the power of life itself. From this moment, in this moment, when you realize who you truly are, no need to do anything, just to merge with isness of Life. Please try - it is very easy.
