Dragon Ball Xenoverse: How to Unlock Perfect Kamehameha (Cell Master Mentor Quest)

Perfect kame = More power (it's the most powerful ulti I've found on game yet and I've tested almost all skills), a bit slower cast time. Super kame = less power, faster cast time. The slower cast time it doesn't mean it will suck on online or budokai. It depends on the situation. If someone uses their ultimate, you could block it or use perfect kame which with it's longer cast time will save you from the enemy's damage and instantly hit them once they stop shooting their skill. PS: Doing less hits means nothing really.

Yeah perfect kame does do alot of damage but Android 17 Ultimate i personally think it the most powerful attack

If you use the Perfect Kamehameha, make sure you have the Z-Soul "No more games." equipped! It's one of Cell's Z-Souls. What it does is, it makes your Perfect Kamehameha broken. It does more damage, and you can't be hurt while you're charging or using it, so you can eat through someone elses Ultimate attack. The only thing that can stop it is an Evasive move, but it's still pretty OP.

When I used perfect kamehameha I couldn't get hit by anything not even supers and ultimates basically I got invincibility and it has auto targeting if your opponent is moving you have a good chance to hit the opponent

A way to help raise your mentor's friendship meter faster is to take them on parellel quest with your CC, it's been working out great for me. Thumbs up so he can see and test it out for his self.

Perfect Kamehameha has a longer change time but alitte more damage + it makes you immune to incoming damage while changing it. Basicly if you want to use a kamehameha, Use Perfect Kamehameha :p Unless your charater is about speed -edit i did not watch the video before typing this as i already know about them xD

the real awesomeness of the perfect kamehameha comes in close range, because Enemys get repeteadly hit during the charge AND stunned for a moment >XD

The super kamehamaha does the same damage as the perfect. when you see a blue "Z" in the screen the ultimate is going to be strong than it is soppost to be. oh, and when the Z comes the owner of that move will be right beside you. For an example if you do a super kamehameha goku will be right beside you.

the difference between super kamehamehaa and perfect is that perfect has a smaller range but it is faster, the super has a wider range and it is slower that perfect

Its crazy powerful I use it while in super sayain 2 which increase your attaks ,good damage,you get more power when cell z soul which add more damage for using cell attacks if you add that up its really good

In the latest patch they nerfed the Frieza Z Soul so that you no longer get infinite ki which sucks.

Your Z-Assisted Perfect Kamehameha did more damage than the Super variant because Cell is your current master.

Justin Lorenz 1 Have a Master 2 Complete all your training with them 3 Learn their Ultimate move 4 While they're still your master just use the move in battle. It won't always Z-assist though

Z Assist is pretty much farther son kamehameha but instead you and your mentor

It's Over 9000 Productions Have a master teach you a ultimate attack then use that attack, it happens at random and has to be with your current master as well. (TIP dont seek out any other master until they ask you to spar after they teach you their ultimate attack and they will give you a lv 5 z soul)

***** the super kamehameha takes about 3 seconds to fire. The perfect kamehameha takes about 4, because of the extra "hands out, hands in, hands out, fire" animation... the super kamehameha only goes "hands in, hands out, fire" Perfect K looks cooler and probably hits harder... Super k is faster but hurts less... Not really a huge difference and it shouldn't be a big deal if used well... At least that's my observation
