I've made this so many times on the cast iron skillet. basically just take every Asian sauce you have and toss it together.. add some fish sauce and sesame oil too. and serve with saracha. so good.. broccoli and zucchini too. yumo

I'd been on the fence on getting a griddle, or more the timing of when as I am moving in a year or so and moving big things sucks. The blackstone shows especially yours and nates along with a couple independents youtube channels pushed me over the edge to getting one now instead. And now I'm just waiting on delivery of the 36" air fryer combo, supposedly some time today. Thanks for the fun shows with great recipes.

No it’s not. Sorry CJ. The noodles are over cooked. It I had dentures, I wouldn’t need polident, just line my dentures with the noodles. Do all your prep and the sauces beforehand and then cook. Mongolian is fast going. That’s a given.

Listen to Nate and add shiitake mushrooms! They have a very earthy flavor. I used to hate mushrooms but I love them now. Add a little brown sugar to that sauce to balance out all that salt!!!
