Much respect to these two. People should appreciate the fact they actually care enough to share their knowledge and help educate. These two worked their asses off to get to where they are. Too many people unhappy with their circumstances and always putting negative energy out. Keep that shit to yourself and continue to be miserable. Thanks for the videos guys.

I wish this info was out 5 years ago when i started weight training and had no clue what I was doing. I would watch PhIl Heath and Jay Cutler, they were huge when I watched them, I thought I had to toss around 405 on my squats, I hurt my back and it wasn't worth it. Hearing Rich say lighter weight on certain muscle groups makes total sense. Thanks for the info!

@Real World Warrior lowen not true with certain muscle groups. Did you not hear rich say "I use to put 7 plates on the bar for squats...what a fucking idiot" I know for a fact lightening the weight for groups such as biceps is the only way I have gained size. You make the light weight heavy by doing as many reps as you can suffer.

Reps! Totally agree with going lighter for growth. I did heavy presses for years and now in my 50s my shoulders can tell it. Smaller weights and higher reps are getting me great results. Also agree with shrugs behind the back. Only took me 30 years to figure all this out.

respect to rich about his honesty. The thing he said about using light weights was great. I powerlift, not bodybuild but on my assistance excercises i have that battle too. people looking on and probably thinking "he can bench 4 plates for reps but I can do more on tris.". obviously I and any other experiences lifter know its because I'm shot from my bench workout, but that ego is always there poking at you and it can get you hurt when you try to keep up with it in overpowering, or hurt your gains in bodybuilding.
