I don't care how annoying Richard Simmons can be or get. What matters is, he's helped thousands and thousands loose weight since his first and earliest exercise video tapes from the 80s and early 90s. So, with him still helping those loose weight, it's good to have him help the ones who are overweight or obese. And many have thanked Richard for his videos and programs. Outside exercising, I've seen on TV his own program on eating portions on eating certain foods.
