How can people cut on 2600 or higher cals? I'm 1,90m, 85kg with like 18% body fat and I hardly lose weight by accurately eating 2000 kcals, even though I get in 10k steps daily and running 3 times a week..

well I guess you’re doing something wrong with tracking your food then... make sure to check labels, weigh everything out, track everything and eat in a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight.

@@richard_duchon well I'm tracking pretty accurately, even weighing out pickles etc. I have to say that I'm losing weight with the cals and activity I wrote, but it's just about 0.3 kg a week (sometimes less), although my deficit should be at least like 700 per day. I also take in consideration, that I'm not even that lean, whereas you are shredded, if you had my body fat percentage you could probably eat like 500 cals more. Hormones are also in check, its just weird, I'm always eating under resting metabolic rate. I also don't really believe in metabolic adaptation, as far as i read, by lowering cals you just decrease your NEAT indirectly. What do you suggest me to do? Eating a bit more (like 2500) for like two weeks and then checking again?

Why is it that most foods in Europe, Asia and America are packet foods? It's arguably going to contain preservatives (maybe little). Africa is really blessed. Talk about organic and whole foods/nutrients, they have it in abundance.
