Thanks Sporty, the best to in your career. My beginnings in life were a tough start also.. Alcohol and drugs for the first 29 years. Got sober in 1983. Walked in a gym in town in Lyndhurst, NJ on my birthday 6/14/1954 in 1984. Got bit by the iron bug and still working out. I am 67 years old and sober 38+ years and in the gym 5 days a week. love the life style and will work out to my last breath. God Bless
