Being a fussy eater, I actually like all of what you've prepared! You've sent out a good message to people to get creative with lots of protein! If done correctly and depending on your body fat, the last snack at night will help preserve fat on the face but not ruin your body as your metabolism is speeded up all day long after exercise.

@@piupiucapoeira3754 not possible with this size because it is big size , anything growing bigger naturally the brain will consider it as fatal process and will stop it , this is why people use steroids without it is not possible , i searched i found steroids first invented by 1930 so any body builder on or before 1930 have natural size and this size is smaller than this player size

iam 55yr worked 3month hard got 80.4kg now gone back 74.20kg but good thing is body fat is 19.9 percent and subcutaneous is 17.7 percent .how to gain weight without getting bf and subcutaneous waiting for reply lol
