Forbes should feel embarrassed that it has no idea what “self- made” means.

Yeah forbes has a lot to explain for their sourcing from third parties who AREN’T affiliated with the kar-jenners…methinks some people need better training in searching for unbiased sources. C’mon @Forbes, source correctly and responsibly for goodness sakes at the very least. So you don’t have to backpedal like this and embarrass yourselves. I don’t give a twat about Kylie, honestly she has so many people running her life I’m not even sure she knows what the running story is at any given time. Why she always looks clueless and speaks weirdly vague at appearances. But yeah Forbes, I thought you were better than that.

I think that’s a bit too pessimistic a take. If your goal is to become mega wealthy in life from a normal position, then yes. You’ll probably fall flat on your face. But normal people who just want to make what they need to be comfortable tend to do just fine. Even rich people can’t get away with everything, though that mostly comes from stepping on the toes of other rich people. It’s more who you know than what you do or make. Case in point: Elizabeth Holmes, Trevor Milton, and all those other scam start up people.

Not all of them are equal. Some of them do have talent or have worked hard..or just genuinely sought out a passion instead of trying to gain fame in the first place. No one chooses who they are born as after all. ((Take Hailey Baldwin-Bieber for an example, being born to her family she could have gotten in the best acting or singing lessons from a young age, her family could have afforded it and got her in those doors to fame but most people didn't know who she was until she married Justin Bieber because she didn't seek fame, she spent years outside of the spotlight pursuing a passion instead, she trained to be a prima ballerina for many years and only settled for modeling after an injury ruined her dancing dream.)) She is one of many examples, some nepo babies out there also are very talented and still work hard for their success. Of course..I do not think the Jenners and Kardashians are good examples of talented or hard working nepos.

At this point, Failure is their brand. Also, these original brands are not created by them. The brand designers only approach the Kardashians to have them as an endorsement or a face for the brand. Therefore they don’t have to feeel like a failure when the brands don’t come from them to begin with. Also, they always wring more money out of their fans on every new launch than they have to shell out in fines or legal fees, so it’s still a win for them. Personally, I don’t understand the appeal to begin with. There’s no skill, no talent, ZERO personality, and on top of it all, the “beauty” they’re so known for is all fake cosmetic procedures.
