The MENSA people I know have odd hobbies and don't fit in with their families. They're studying foreign languages and inventing things, not just watching sports, sometimes fishing, shopping, and that mundane stuff. I was asked to join but I don't need it. It's fun watching sports.

Exactly you can laugh at the joke and also laugh at whatever is ripping on the joke too. The Pickle Rick episode has one of my favorite rants about the value of mental health treatment. Sure there was rat feces and blood, but it also had valuable message and the action sequences were dope. Pitch Meetings still nailed it though lol
