I love how many take aways I have gotten from you. I haven't been on a scale in 20+ years, but when you described your scale and the data you get from it, I decided to check them out and actually ordered one. Even though my size has stayed the same for all those years, I sure would like to get a look at some of the other data points. So, the scale and the fish. I have eaten fish and seafood for 4 straight days, and I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. Now, since there isn't any iron in fish, I did feel a little weak this morning, so it was time to eat meat. As I told you before, I am going to have fish at least 4 times/week. No matter how long I do this, I am always getting new information and ideas. Thanks! PS...I want more Britney 😊

Diets are like fingerprints. No two people have the same ones. Congrats on smashing another food challenge! Can't wait to see what you tackle next.

Hi Rick, thanks for the video! I am pretty much finding the same you see with fish vs meat and I have been on a weight stall for more than I wanted to.

I'm going to try your heated-up sardines today, Rick. I've always eaten them cold from the can, but heating them up sounds so much better. I'm hoping to add sardines regularly to my diet (not carnivore), thanks to you!!

No Brittany this time!? Look, you're the one that started doing a "daily tip" segment. You didn't say a "one time tip" or hey, here's a "tip of the month". NO...You said "daily". Now you need to provide a daily tip from Brittany...😂. Sorry but you got us started.

I do not know much about food but what I am learning now. I have a slow thyroid and when you talk about fish making you feel better I wonder if you might be low on iodine or have a thyroid issue of some form

Hi Rick, can I ask where you bought your Red light lamp from please? My daughter bought me a facial massage red light wand for Xmas but the lamp looks so good 👍 😊

I think that your diet of sardines/mackerel, ghee, one coffee a day, water, may be your sweet spot to finish out the rest of your 90 days Rick! One does wonder that if you decided to add back some keto veg/fruit, what that might do in terms of weight. Can you personally have any keto veg like avocado's, cauli/broccoli, rocket, etc...or fruits like berries? What has been your experience with them, if any? I know that there are people who after the 90 day challenge added back some of the keto veg/fruit, and some that just went pretty much fish only like salmon, shrimp, flounder, sardines, mackerel with added fats ghee/butter, tallow, olive oil, coconut oil and nuts and seeds. And some decided to do beef, chicken, pork, fish, ghee/butter, tallow, and the oils as well as nuts and seeds! I guess that's called ketovore. I'm curious to see what your decision will be at your 90 day reassessment....!

My personal experience after 2 1/2 years carnivore with occasionally trying to reintroduce foods is I only feel great if I'm strict carnivore, eating mostly beef and eggs with occasional fish (mostly salmon), chicken, and pork. Nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and all plants cause me one issue or another. I can get away with a small amount of some low carb vegetables very occasionally, but if I eat it regularly or in large amounts I'll have issues. So at least 90% of the time I avoid all plants and eat only animals and animal products.

I don’t really understand the term “clean” for the BBBE diet when your fish diet seems extremely clean.
@Bracebarian9 ай бұрын
Tried Sardines this week. and nope, not for me so will stick with BBBE. I am OK with Cod and can tolerate salmon but I appreciate there not oily fish.
@GeorgeMonaghan9 ай бұрын
I like fish but cannot eat sardines. Could you try mackerel instead? I use the olive oil version, but they have "tomato" and other sauce flavourings that mask the taste really.
@Bracebarian9 ай бұрын
I tried the tomato sauce version. I will try mackerel to see. I just don’t seem to like the smoked fish taste. Thx for your advice.
@timharrison35219 ай бұрын
@@GeorgeMonaghan I tried both today, sardines in olive oil and mackerel in spring water. My verdict was that the mackerel were pretty tasteless in the spring water but the sardines much more pleasant, although having two tins of each has proved to be a bit much 🤦♂️🤷♂️

The oils from the fish are "brain" food Rick and basically what the brain is made of. Less in less out regarding weight?
@jonesynet9 ай бұрын
Rick, are you eating until you are satiated, or are you trying to "polish off as much as you can"?!
@rickvanman9 ай бұрын
Ordinarily, only eating to satiated, but today, I needed to use up the chicken so I can go back to the fish tomorrow, so polished off what I could 😁👍

You look very tired since you gave up coffee
@HappilyCarnivore9 ай бұрын
I do far better without coffee, and every time I give it up and always tired for the first week. But that second or third week I have SO much energy, and it's steady, all day long. On coffee I have a burst of energy while I'm caffeinated and then drag the rest of the day.
