Thank you, Chef Ricky. I have managed to cook a nice creamy al dente risotto for 6 minutes following your video. I used round grain rice as I don’t have Japanese sushi rice plus baby wild chanterelle mushrooms (picked by relatives in the woods) and wild Atlantic salmon instead because pancetta isn’t in our regular grocery shopping list. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed the risotto. 😘
