A classic the RICOTTA and Chocolate TART but enriched with Nutella! Yummy! Even those who don't usually like ricotta like it, it's so delicate!
Do it again for Easter it will brighten up your days of celebration, it's a valid alternative (much faster) to the classic Pastiera!
🌡️ In the oven already at Temperature 180° Static - 175° Ventilated for about 25-30 minutes
📝 Ingredients: 28 cm MOLD
300 g 00 flour
100g Sugar
100g Butter
2 teaspoons (8 g) Baking powder
2 eggs
1 lemon
For the filling:
500 g Fresh ricotta
60g Sugar
50 g whipping cream
Vanilla
Chocolate chips
Nutella
Powdered sugar (to complete)
