Riddle and Ace Relationship Summary (Twisted Wonderland)

Riddle’s introduction to Ace is during the opening ceremonies. Before Ace is even assigned his dorm Riddle observes, “I pity his future housewarden." While Riddle may be the only upperclassman that Ace fears, Ace also seems to be going to lengths to impress him.

Ace is just the annoying younger sibling 😂. 0:38 the Knave of hearts had a heartshaped eyepatch on the left of his eye, the knave and the queen had a relationship similar to that of the hunstman and evil queen. In the original poem, the knave stole the tarts and woved to change his ways BUT in the story, we see a twist since we're in twisted wonderland and see that the QUEEN OF HEARTS changed HER ways instead! (Queen of hearts as in Riddle)

Riddle's love hate elation with his adopted younger son is always interesting to see. 😂 I calling dibs that Riddle would finally underatnd Ace in chapter 7 like Vil did for Epel in the ned of chapter 5 and nominate my boi to suceed him oneday. 👀

I think ace both fear/respect riddel in the sense of ace knows he cant cut corners with riddel. And riddel, to what i know of, is one of few if not the only one who sees right throuw the crab ace is pulling and calles him out on it, like with the only frontpainted roses, the cardtrick destraction. So in a sense riddel only dishes out the same hornest tone as ace does to riddel (the whole chapter one tea, but its back and forth)

Amazing video! Very informative on the character's relationships with eachother. I have a question, let me start with an example, in one of your videos about jack, be mentioned that his brother is magicless, correct? And in epel's it was that his parents are magicless but his grandmother and great grandmother were witches. So, my question is how come that children of two parents gain or not gain? What I mean is how come one of the children is magicless while their family has magical powers, same goes with the parents that come they can be magicless? Is it hereditary? How come epel has magic while both his parents are magicless? Yeah, sure his grandmothers were witches but still. If magic isn't hereditary then does it depend on the person if they can handle it or not? If magic gets stronger by practicing then can a magicless person born in twst world if they try to use magic can they gain it? How come one child has magical abilities while other doesn't? And how come both parents being magicless while their child has magical abilities?

Thank you very much! ^^ Oo this is a very good question and I think I would like to make a post about it so I can provide proper detail and screenshots ♪ I know for sure that Jade insinuates in Vil's 3rd birthday vignette that magic is heredity (when Vil says his father is magicless Jade hints that Vil must have gotten his magic from his mother), but you make very good points about other families! i really love them as a ship, honestly! they’re more of a rarepair, but their relationship is interesting to me, esp w how it continues after riddle’s overblot, even just in general w no romantic thoughts on it. i appreciate how ace can call riddle out when everyone else couldn’t and is able to ground him, while riddle pushes ace to do better and can motivate him. ace always trying to impress riddle is cute tbh, even if riddle doesn’t always respond how we wants lol (though i’d argue riddle was basically gushing about ace in fairy gala in the dorm meeting). i know it’s really just ace liking being praised, but trying to always impress and get compliments out of riddle alongside his admiration/worry (like in the ghost bride event, or his pe card) can sometimes make it come off as a puppy crush lol
