technically with how lethal strike works in bl1 (spaghetti code) it deals between 1650% (it actually is 150% per level) and 9,900% on a critical strike because the game sometimes stacked the levels on themselves dealing more damage then you should be getting.

regarding the double weapons drop, I recon it's something to do with how BL2 fix pushes up their frequency combined with the additional drop chance from that looting skill. So you get the dedicated which blocks it from rolling on the other "normal" drops the mobs vomit, but the additional drops from Ransack don't get the restriction applied and now also have a super high chance to be a dedicated.

I don't know if there are some interactions with BL2fix. But the multiple drop is directly implemented in Ransack for dedicated drops. If the boss drops the item while the kill skill is active, it will drop 2 instead of 1. There are COMs like Scavenger that give additional item drops, and stack up with Ransack. So you can setup for farming to have +3 or +4 items, and if the boss drops the legendary it will drop 4 or 5 copies (with different parts).
