That's a badass park! I did security there for a bunch of events, it's cool as hell! It rained so bad at a soccer tournament that we (everyone there) got trapped in the bathrooms for over an hour. Rain came down with about 3 foot visibility. Sigh... Fun times...

Loved that house!!! Avondale appeared ok for me when I was passing through 😊 these bike tours are epic!! I switched purses last week left wallet .. still pulled up asked and received that coffee with no shame 😂 all good😂... Great content!!

Hey big Super I love Avondale been living in my same home rental for 11 years in Garden Lakes and I love it. I am thankful that I am not what they consider a tenor so they really don’t raise my rent like that. Have you ever visited Garden lakes if not I will tell you it’s amazing moved here from NYC and love it so much. My management company is amazing Tricon anytime you need a tour go Garden Lakes hit me up. I moved here thanks to being a content creator myself and I’m so happy I did. You’re amazing with your videos and look forward to more videos from you.

I live in I guess North Avondale(cause I thought it was all Avondale). I bought my home in 2009, it use to be SO PEACEFUL AND QUIET! But, with growth comes crime. I’ll be moving to rural Goodyear, or rural East Valley in about a year. Avondale is just to crowded now.

just a quick statement about the park, i noticed the water irrigation(sprinklers)system covers were periwinkle(purple). If you see that at any park DO NOT GET INTO THAT WATER! it is reclaimed(sewage)water.. cool park.. Im from Cashion area when it was surrounded by cotton and corn.
