I wasted hours trying to figure this one out... Thank you so much T_T Really don't understand why is so difficult to find documentation on a problem that seems so easy to make.

Using a matte resize (because sometimes there's still a tiny line present), can also help! Great video!

Oh my goodness I wish I saw this one sooner! I remember I ran into this issue not long ago and almost lost my mind trying to figure out what and why it was happening! I foundd that using a matte-resize node instead of a increase opacity helped for my issue but knowing that theres a way to avoid the problem entirely, I am very glad that I stumbled across this vid!

Guys, have a question about rigging: why autopatch cutting does not work if i connect it through composite. I try to do absolutely the same, but without composite node, and it work! What is it doing so special that nothing works?
@firmansyahfthesign3 жыл бұрын
because when you use composite especially in as bitmap mode, basically you flatten the drawing into a single bitmap or layer. So we don't have the art layers anymore, which is basically needed for autopatch to be fully functional (where autopatch is basically cutting the colour art layer drawing by line art layer drawing)
@LoongAnimation3 жыл бұрын
Yes. You need to change the properties of the composite node to: Pass Through

Hello! I just want to ask about this anti-aliasing issue, I heard that it can be fixed using increase opacity node? What do you think about that? Is that a correct way to fix this issue, besides using your method in this video? Thanks in advance
@ZeBirdBrain3 жыл бұрын
As I said, increase op should be the LAST resort. Rigging it good in the first place should be more important.
