For the 그러니까 part. I kinda figured it our myself cause of watching a lot of K-Dramas but this us the first time I'm hearing 내 말이. Isn't the literal translation, 'my words'?

Yep! I believe the full sentence is 내 말이 그 말이야 (literal translation: my words are those words) and is shortened to form 내 말이. In English it would be something like "that (=그 말) is exactly what I'm saying (=my words=내 말)" which can be summed up to mean "exactly!" Hope that made sense☺️
