i was in a freak accident falling four stories and i landed on my right foot now the nerves are permanently damaged and i have slightly no feeling in it. my toes are stuck curled and i can only move it to a certian extent. im not sure if this classifys as foot drop but its the only condition that is close to mine except you can sometimes heal foot drop. not mine though

How crazy. I was in an accident and fell from two stories. I thought I had it bad. Hope you are doing ok. Anyway, I had most of the muscle pull away from my knee and injured the perineal nerve there. I had foot drop for about two years and eventually recovered with a lot of physical therapy. Still, occasionally get a numb feeling and some weakness. I have to be sure to always work out and specifically focus on my leg. But who doesn’t.

@@fredde88888888 The issue was with my right foot. I did my very best on trying to lift my foot up and at times it was frustrating because it wouldn't do anything but be patient. Don't give up take anything over the counter medicine for inflammation and prayer my friend and trust what GOD has in plan for you.

I had severe foot drop suddenly after prolonged kneeling and sitting on leg for hours(floor instalation) Initialy i had not lift my foot even one mm After 10 days i restored full range of motion but i noticed there is not full power like before, when i put weights around 10 kg's on foot and try to lift i only can do few reps Will my muscle power restore fully if i keep exercise? Now is 2 weeks when problem started,i regulary followed your video ,range is there but power is not fully restored.

That's a foot drop on the left side. He's using the knee to propel the foot forward instead of pushing through with the heel.
