Thank you so much for doing this. You’re like the first person in my year half journey in CrossFit to film a ring muscle up at a great close angle and slow it down to show the mechanics that’s going on in real time. Rather than demo on the ground then do it 15’ away from camera.

Could you in future videos maybe show how to string ring muscles ups together. I mean I’m a tall guy and I see them dip up then fall back but I feel like I’ll blow my shoulders out doing that lol. I can string bar so it seems the same

Me again! Just wanted to say you’re a game changer with this because mostly all videos on ring muscle ups are done with false grip! Love that you’re using the gymnastics grip
