Thank you Jack for making me laugh. Every time I read your notes on the screen I envision the voice of Morgan Freeman overheard. "What he meant to say was..." lol Chef, I love the recipe for two reasons. This is perfect for leftover spaghetti squash and a nice change from the standard beef & barley soup. The best recipes always allow you to customize to your preferences and what is locally available. I want to make this with the addition of leeks, squash, and finely diced courgettes.

what a superb idea Chef! Never have been so warm with rice preparation, but this will be done tomorrow. Bonafide(spoken "bonafeede") means "sincere" or "in good faith" in latin. Would we call the dish a Barlotto?Maybe the italian risotto police would not have it on the radar 🙂
